I went and the individuals are quick with the beginning vacuuming the inside. The cost varies and there is a sign that states various matters arent removed by regular wash. I chose the wash that would include them taking and getting the ridiculous dirt that somehow accumulated in 2 weeks on my vehicle off. Please note, this is NOT a hand car wash. But it did the job for $40. I was willing to pay more for the detailed wash. Once it came out I stood with my vehicle just to make sure of the wiping and if there were and incidents. They work quickly and opening doors and more. The female that was wiping the vehicle inside and out was pulling on my side mirrors that mechanically folds in when the engine is turned off, she actually was able to mess the passenger one up after I stopped her on the driver side. I was able to get it back on track. This same female failed to wipe the outside of the vehicle from coming out of the wash as the sun dried it before someone could come and wipe it down as they have so many customers but not enough workers. She then walked away as if she finished and started working on another vehicle. I tried to ask her to wipe the car down from the bugs that were still on the front of the car and hard water marks. She got an attitude and the other female told me to go see the manager. The manager came out, saw what I was speaking about and informed her to finish my vehicle. She continued saying she did it but I know for sure she didnt as I stood with my vehicle the whole time she was wiping down the windows from the inside and the inside of the vehicle. Thw mananger actually assisted with getting the outside wiped down properly and satisfactory. I tipped the guys in the back because they pre scrubbed the vehicle and was working more. Im sure I will return. Just watch your vehicle. Overall I was satisfied for a wash that was not hand wash.

During the cleaning, a piece in my car that covers my charger port was broken. When I brought this to the employee's attention, he immediately told me it was already broken when I arrived, which is completely untrue. While I waited for him to "check on what happened," the broken piece that had originally gone missing suddenly reappeared. Then I was told the employee who cleaned my car said it was already broken before service, which again is false. The issue is not only that the piece was broken, but that no one informed me about it. The piece had disappeared, and only after I confronted them did it mysteriously end up back in my car. Then I was given a weak explanation that it was "in the seat." What disappointed me most was the lack of professionalism and accountability. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to properly resolve the issue. As a customer who trusted your business with my vehicle, this experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I've attached a photo showing the broken charger cover piece. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled, I will never return to this car wash.

The gas prices are pretty competitive here and the store itself is pretty nice. Fresh chicken and fries around the clock, breakfast and lunch items available 24 hours a day. The staff members are usually very helpful. I love the onsite carwash that does pretty well on our vehicles. Although we have 4 Royal Farms locations within 3 miles, this one tends to top the rest w food quality. We will continue to support this location as it has been a neighborhood gem.

I went to the coffee station and it was pretty messy. Coffee had been spilled all over and doesn't look like they have more than one person working so not sure when he would have time to clean up. Interior over all was a little dirty. Thankfully I am not in this area much so I won't have to stop here. They definitely need to work on some improvements to have this place up to standard. Probably one of the worse Royal Farms I have been to. I did end up getting a cup of coffee but notified they don't have any stirrers. I used a regular straw to stir my cup. Check out was quick. I grabbed a pack of Krimpets from the shelf by the counter. They had two of the self check out counters open. Would be better here if they could clean the place up.

He also attempted to clean my leather seats with a heat vacuum/steam vacuum and burned my seats. In addition he burned a hole in my passenger seat and denied it when confronted. I am not sure where these positive reviews are coming from, but trust me, go to a reputable auto detail company because they offer guarantees on their work. Then he took me there. I wouldn't have gone by myself. It's off Rt 140 on a dirt driveway with lots of industrial businesses back there. Tires, body shop work and who knows what else. We get there and had already worked out a frequent customer discount. The driveway had a ton of potholes with mud puddles but I didn't care, just wanted to get the salt off. They washed, waxed and detailed every single nook and cranny of my car, including washing my floor mats. They put all of my stuff from my glove compartment and console stuff in a bag because they cleaned everything. Not bad at all. They called me when my car was done later that afternoon. I just need my boyfriend to go with me.

The whole scene looks like a post-apocalyptic survivalist camp from a Cormac McCarthy novel. All I needed was a car wash, and there aren't really any others in town. I was about to turn around because of the scene, and because, at first, I couldn't really see anyone there. Then I found the owner, and explained that, while I didn't want shampoo or complete detailing, I needed a very good clean of the interior, because it was gross (I have a toddler). For $30, it was very well- worth it, because everything needed a wipe-down, which they did quite well, in addition to the exterior and a good vacuum. Was a great deal, and I'll come back.

I did the world class complete detail. It was an okay job... doesn't feel like a $250 detail job…read moreimo. There was still some bug splatter gunk on my front bumper. There was leftover disinfectant or excess UV protection that left an oily feel to the interior consoles and wheel. I left it to dry for several hours but it was still oily where I had to wipe everything down with a microfiber cloth. Several stains were not cleaned (might not have been part of the detailing package I guess). There were a couple of orange stains in the backseat that weren't there before ... maybe it happened during cleaning but it came off with a quick rub with a wet rag. Lastly, the outside edges of the trunk and my wheels were not cleaned well or at all.

My truck had a good amount of scratches from off-roading and I knew going in not every scratch would come out. BUT, the work they put into my truck far exceeded my expectations of just how much would come out. It looks almost completely brand new again! And the value, holy crap you cant beat that. If you are looking for some detail work or paint correction, these guys are the way to go!
