This Royal Farms is in a great location and is very convenient. I look forward to getting gas w RoFo Club card where my family and I have earned 6.4 million pts towards food. The gas prices are pretty competitive here and the store itself is pretty nice. Fresh chicken and fries around the clock, breakfast and lunch items available 24 hours a day. The staff members are usually very helpful. I love the onsite carwash that does pretty well on our vehicles. Although we have 4 Royal Farms locations within 3 miles, this one tends to top the rest w food quality. We will continue to support this location as it has been a neighborhood gem. read more

Stopped in this morning for a quick coffee and breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately the deli was closed so not sandwiches til 8 and I arrived at 7 so wasn't going to wait a hour. I went to the coffee station and it was pretty messy. Coffee had been spilled all over and doesn't look like they have more than one person working so not sure when he would have time to clean up. Interior over all was a little dirty. Thankfully I am not in this area much so I won't have to stop here. They definitely need to work on some improvements to have this place up to standard. Probably one of the worse Royal Farms I have been to. I did end up getting a cup of coffee but notified they don't have any stirrers. I used a regular straw to stir my cup. Check out was quick. I grabbed a pack of Krimpets from the shelf by the counter. They had two of the self check out counters open. Would be better here if they could clean the place up. read more

Nobody was at the front register. Me and another customer rang for assistance several times. We waited for over 5 mins before some came. No one was in the food area either. No workers were to be found. That is really unsafe for the store in general. When a worker finally appeared no apology or anything. This pertains to an experience I had on 06/04. Once again I asked for a receipt for gas and of course it didn't print. I need a receipt for business purposes. So I go into the store, and have to wait behind 8 people in front of me to get a receipt. While standing in line I observe an older white male cashier wearing a mask, but why bother when it is around your chin. I don't care if you don't care about your health but you need to care about your customers health. Ordered a chicken box and the chicken was good but the lady behind the counter looks miserable and isn't friendly at all. I got annoyed cause I ordered the four chicken pieces with a substitute of pasta salad instead of friends. The lady in an unfriendly voice was saying how she doesn't have pasta salad behind the counter and this guy showed me that it's sold separately in a container. Then why the hell do you have it as a side in your computer thats plain stupid. Then I had to wait an extra few minutes for this man to get me a new receipt just with the chicken so I could just pay for that. I got my chicken and thanked the bitch for the food and she couldn't even say no problem or anything silence. Why are working in customer service if you can't talk to people?? Royal Farms is very clean. Cashier was friendly. I got lured in here by the cheaper gas than most other places when I drove by. So i get inside and somehow ended up ordering chicken. At 6 pm which is dinner time. The chicken shouldn't be dried up and wilted. I should have checked the window before I ordered it. But I didn't. Gas was cheaper. So I would go back. But fix that dry chicken. That was sad. read more

The customer service has gone down hill in my opinion. They have the self check out and the last few times I've been in I've had to either hunt someone down for cigarettes or just leave without cigarettes since you can't buy without employee authorization. If a cashier is present they aren't very friendly. I prefer the Red Run blvd location which I will drive out of my way to go to before going to this one if I can. No one wants to feel like they are inconveniencing a business that they are giving their hard earned money to. read more

The store is clean and the employees are nice. I was getting air for my tires when my forgotten craving for fried chicken was rekindled by the scent of greasy fowl and fries. It was 8 am. The Chicken, the chicken, the chicken!!!! Don't buy the wings!!! They are dry, over cooked and uneatable. They need to either train their staff on the method to cook chicken, and how not to overcook it. As what the other person wrote, I should have looked at it prior to accepting it. I asked the counter person, who sheepishly said that they were an hour old. Yuck ! I wasted my money. I have not been able to find a Royal farm that can cook the wings so that they can be eaten. I just left the store. I asked if I could get a refill and the "manager" said that it would be $1.06. Which I have no problem paying. I said I would refill my drink, leave it at the counter, and go get my money. She said to go grab my money first... which is just crazy because you always get your drink before you go to the counter. She could tell I was not in a good mood, and LAUGHED at me. I have an "ICU" sticker on my shirt and it's obvious that I just got out of the hospital, I still have the band on. As I was walking to the bathroom to wash my hands, I overheard her call me a crazy bitch. That's how you treat paying customers? It's a brand new building, it's clean and nice looking. Not even a year old yet. But boy the food does not hold up to expectations. I know this is a gas station at the end of the day, but if ya'll are going to offer food then put a bit of effort into it? Last several times I've gone, my sandwich had bones in it. This time it had an entire joint. I ordered a "pulled chicken" sandwich, and got an entire breast in there, making for a lopsided and messy sandwich. And they forget to put ingredients you ask for, even when these ingredients cost extra. If you just need to get quick gas or a car wash, I guess this is as good as any other gas station. But if you're looking for food as well, do yourself a favor and drive down Reisterstown road a little further to a Wawa. read more

Well I guess I have to give at least one star. I signed up for the rofo rewards several years ago. Initially it worked well. Just a few months ago I was in the Owings Mills store and I asked the cashier do I have any points to use toward my purchase. She had already started to ring up my sale and she rudely said to me " I'M NOT A MIND READER. You should have asked me before I started ringing you up. You'll have to use your points next time". Wow HOW RUDE. I told her I did not know how it worked. I have no way of knowing what shows up on their registers or To ask the cashier to wait before ringing up my sale. So it's been a while. I recently went on the website to see how many points I have. I couldn't find them anywhere. The customer service number is only available weekdays until 5 pm. I tried several days in a row and finally today called customer service. After waiting and waiting in cue, my call was finally answered. They have changed the website so you can't see your points. You need a smartphone (which I don't have) or a receipt ( I try to save paper so I don't print a receipt) to see your points. You can also call customer service during normal business hours and be on hold for 15 minutes so you can find out what your points are. Then you have to go on line to see what you can get with your points. By that time you no longer have an appetite. read more
