I'm super frustrated because I wasn't told about the delay, so my dog was just waiting in a cage with no water or potty break. A simple heads-up call or text would have been appreciated so I could have rescheduled. No apologies or solutions were offered, which felt really unprofessional. They allowed me to hold him during the cleaning and took their time, giving us breaks whenever he needed to calm down.
