I originally chose the mobile grooming route due to the dog respiratory illness going around, but I was so amazed by their work ethic that they'll be having my business permanently now. They are NOT the great grooming service that they were back then. I texted them on February 21st, and I STILL have yet to be able to make an appointment with A&M for grooming. They have read every one of my texts, and yet it took them 5 days to reply ONE TIME (with a question on where I lived). I answered them, and have heard NOTHING back in return. It's now March 5th. I did not have this issue in 2020, but I certainly do now, and I wish that I had read the other reviews that were more recent, because many people have had the same issue.
