I left a review back on 2/5/2020. It was a genuine 5-Star review, and I meant every word. However, it is with much regret that I'm creating a new one with nothing but disappointment driving it. They are NOT the great grooming service that they were back then. I texted them on February 21st, and I STILL have yet to be able to make an appointment with A&M for grooming. They have read every one of my texts, and yet it took them 5 days to reply ONE TIME (with a question on where I lived). I answered them, and have heard NOTHING back in return. It's now March 5th. I did not have this issue in 2020, but I certainly do now, and I wish that I had read the other reviews that were more recent, because many people have had the same issue. I no longer recommend this Groomer, and I'll be posting reviews in other platforms as well, because it's definitely not the same company that it was before... one that cared about their customers (as it was back in 2020). read more

You can tell that these people genuinely care about animals and want to provide them the best care possible. I originally chose the mobile grooming route due to the dog respiratory illness going around, but I was so amazed by their work ethic that they'll be having my business permanently now. They messaged me when they were heading to my place, which gave me enough time to prepare my pup. They worked right in front of my home, and had the van doors open as well, which I really appreciated . They educated me on the best ways to handle my dog's anxiety (specifically with nail trimming), and were just very insightful/gave amazing feedback. They are knowledgeable and are skillful at what they do. I recommend taking your pet to them, because I will be continuing to take Ringo! p.s. make sure to take out cash ahead of time :) read more

It was a great experience to get grooming service for my furbaby today. She had bad experiences before a couple of groomers, and I looked for a new groomer who truly cares about dogs. So I found A&M Mobile dog grooming from Yelp. I didn't have that high expectation before I met Anthony. But he was very nice, like taking time to take my furbaby to his grooming car since she was super nervous and anxious. He gave me advice on how to groom, especially for my type of dog. He definitely knows how to groom each different type of dog. I was very impressed that he was knowledgeable. When he finished grooming my furbaby and took her to my home, I was so happy to see how he groomed her nicely, and even fur looks shiny! I found these guys and I requested a consultation they were quick to get back to me in a timely manner and gave me a price then and there. of course you just have to give them information on your dog breed and the weight and after that I was able to get a pretty good price. I chose this business because of the stars received, going through them more thoroughly some where from the valley, Orange County even as far as the state of Washington. Very impressive! Well, not for my two dogs. I asked for summer cut and a teddy bear face ( they always get the same cut and style at other groomers) without the results they received today. In fact they got the butchered style by Anthony. Very uneven and choppy. Their ears were not cleaned out and he even cut my dogs tail down!? She always had hair on her tail wth!? I'm disappointed on the service I receved for my fur babies. I thought this would of been a great experience. Getting my dogs in and out quicker than driving them to a groomer. Anthony came out to groom our 2 large dogs. Lily is a 3 year old Belgian Shepherd and is skittish. He did a pretty good job on her considering she wanted to eat his blow dryer. Darby is a 5 year old Bull Mastiff mix and did not want to have his nails done today. So he nipped at Anthony. I was embarrassed but he could tell Darby was a good boy. Just having a bad day.
