I then called back after having received the quote by email and I asked for them to break up the quote into about three separate items and their pricing for each, so that, I could schedule each over the rest of the summer. I had called twice (2) since the original quote, while waiting about a week to two weeks per call, and I have yet to receive what I had requested on this update, to this day. It looks like they are a single quote with no follow-up even when called and it was asked for. They may be an Arborist, but they have no Customer Service. I guess they do not need it since they are so busy.
