Kim's cleaning was moderately adequate, but inconsistent. Kim's communication was very poor as well and she did not like to be reminded to do things or even report the condition of the house after renters left. Furthermore, she left our front door unlocked - twice. Finally, on our change over day, Saturday, she quit without notice leaving my wife and I to scramble to get our house clean before our next renters arrived.

It took 4 hours with previous movers. These guys took 6 hours to move and then charged me travel time to get to the job at 1.5 hours; so 7.5 total hours charged. Previous movers did not charge me to travel to the job. And, I didn't learn that I was paying for travel until the end of the move. Their hourly rate is $160 hour. Buyer be aware. PS- they also charge a 4% fee for using a credit card to pay. Again, wasn't aware of that until it was time to pay.
