This is a very interesting comment from your company, considering the "abusive language" you speak of was actually from Sharon Dasher's husband to me--the customer. After our initial call to your company regarding the problem, my parents had the employees/family come to our home to see the situation--there was never a mention of a 100% happiness guarantee, nor any suggestion that your company would come back and clean at all. They instead insinuated that my parents (who arrived that morning) must be lying and had messed up the place on their own or that someone had broken into our apartment. When I again attempted to respectfully resolve the situation and spoke with your husband on the phone, he was so rude that I was truly taken aback by his attitude. Seeing that the conversation was going nowhere due to his gruffness, I calmly asked for a refund, to which he replied with a laugh and a sharp, "no." He never suggested coming and cleaning again and clearly had no concern that we were dissatisfied with the poor service. That doesn't sound anywhere remotely like a "100% guarantee of happiness." If you have so many happy customers, why am I the only Yelp review? While I will give this company the benefit of the doubt that they must have some happy customers, if I were someone in the position to hire a cleaning service and were checking reviews, I'd steer clear of Dasher and not take the risk of not getting what you pay for. By the way, as an update, I have still not received any kind of refund for the $250 I spent, nor have I ever been offered any re-cleaning to give me the "100% happiness" that Dasher claims to provide it's customers.
