TD was my tech and he did a great job. He let me soak for a bit as I requested (yeah, I needed it) and then handled business. My feet look and feel ike they belong to someone who loves them again. The technician had me soak my nails and after poolishing them and drying them I still had messed up nail polish. I went home and removed all the polish to discover she had drilled off the top layer of my nails leaving a thin layer that's going to take probably at least 6 months to grow out. The top layer left on the nail looks like a huge cuticle but, actually I have no cuticle now. I'm going to try to up load photos.

Having passed by Ombre Nails on several occasions, I decided to try them out on a quiet Thursday morning. My nail tech, Hannah, was phenomenal! She was fast, efficient and very detailed. Since my first visit, I've gone back 3 times; never needing an appointment and never waiting too long to be serviced. I've been to 3 different nail techs (forgot their names, sorry) and every one of them has been pretty good. Advice: Go earlier in the day during the week; make an appointment during the weekend. Be sure to tip your nail tech. The service is awesome and if you don't like the work, they'll be sure to fix it to your liking without any complaints!

The color selection feels outdated and unchanged for years, and even very basic nail designs are treated like an inconvenience. It also feels difficult to give direction because feedback is not received well, and the overall customer service experience is not particularly warm or friendly. If you just need quick vacation nails or a fast basic set, this place may work for you. But if you're looking for detailed, long-lasting nails with proper prep, precision, modern designs, and high-level cuticle work, this probably is not the place.
