Not only was the venue stunning-like something straight out of a princess fairytale, but the staff truly went about and beyond to make every single girl feel special. My daughter got back from her friends birthday party. And she said the fairies were so rude, rolling their eyes at them. One fairy was a guy with tattoos. Not appropriate for a girls party. They made them get undressed in front of everyone to change for the "fashion show". She also stated that they gave everyone juices, and once it got to her they said sorry there's no more and gave her tap water. She said the manager was so rude, stating she made her put her phone away when she was trying to message me. They also would tell the little girls to give them good reviews. Overall a terrible experience. Will definitely not be back for anything. They need more professional staff that can handle being with children and are actually cheerful. read more

Came in for the BFF package ($85 value) for my 6 year old daughter (birthday girl)and her bestfriend. Both girls are first timers, so they were very excited. At arrival both girls, bff's mom, and myself were amazed by how cute the set up was. Sadly, that's where the excitement ended. We were greeted by a dressed up fairy or ballerina...a girl dressed in pink with no animation or excitement in her voice. If you were attending an adult spa, maybe the greeting would have been ok, but for a children's spot you would expect something a bit more cheerful and more in character- something fun. The girls were taken to the back so they can get their robes and tiara. They then were handed pink lemonade juice in a flute, told to raise the glass up in the air for a picture and then to tap glasses. Nothing special. You would think they would at least say cheers to the birthday girl and send best wishes- nope, just hands up, tap, and drink. As fast as you can say those three steps is just how fast that "experience" was. The girls were then separated to have their services done separately. Please keep in mind there is a 2 bed facial/ massage bed, 3 seat pedicure, 4 seat table for manicure- rather than keeping the girls together since you are paying for a bff package so they can enjoy together, they were only seated together 2x and it was for their nails to be painted just because they happened to finish at the same time since the bff opted out the facial (best choice made) and then for the bracelet. It wasn't a shareable experience at all. As an adult if I go to the salon with a friend, we are usually together and enjoying the moment together, so why treat a bff package different? It was seriously like 2 strangers at a "spa". The birthday girl had her nails painted then immediately moved to do a friendship bracelet. No time allowed for nails to dry. The string that was cut for the bracelet was so small- size for a baby's wrist, too small for a toddler, so imagine how tight it was for a 6 year old. And then I was told to pay up. So now that I paid and I walked out; just outside the "spa" my daughter expresses how much she dislikes her nails and how ugly they are and how she wished she went to the real nail salon. She was upset. When I looked at her nails, sure enough they were smudged and chunky. Imagine touching beads with wet nails. So we went back in so the lady can fix them, after all you are paying $85, a regular kid's manicure at a real salon is $10-$15. A separate lady was in the "spa" trying to get information for a birthday party, so because I don't want to complain in front of a potential customer, I try to address the issue in an amicable fashion with one of the girls in the back end of the "spa". The girl seemed bothered over the request of having them fixed and she came with a q-tip for whatever reason and painted over the already smudged, bulky polish. My daughter was frustrated, and the fact that I was trying to keep my cool for the sake of two small girls and a potential customer I didn't say anything, instead I said thank you to only be ignored. My daughter left really upset because her nails looked worse and she didn't want to go back to have them fixed and frankly my patience ran out as well with the worker. Needless to say, when my daughter was asked how she felt about the experience she said she didn't like it and she likes mommy's spa more because they paint her nails nicely and she wasn't really with her bff. Obviously not a surprising remark, I agreed. On the ride home, she couldn't stop expressing her dislike towards her nails and she was complaining that her face was itchy. When we arrived home- I noticed dried up face mask that was not removed from her face- no wonder she was itchy and I had to remove her nail polish. I really am disappointed with how the services were- the lifeless characters, terrible "mani", dried face mask because you can't put the time to remove it, and world's smallest friendship bracelet. I was really hoping that she would have enjoyed the experience as I was planning on throwing her birthday party there. Safe to say, that won't be happening. It wasn't a shareable experience at all for the girls and as the paying customer it wasn't worth the $85 at all. Please see photos and please save your money for a better place. I requested a call back from the manager/owner to address this matter...fingers crossed as this was the most wasteful, unhappy experience ever. 2/5/2018 update: was contacted by the manager apologizing for service we received, especially after reviewing the photos. They provided a complimentary revisit pass for both girls in hopes for a better experience. Will provide updates once we schedule our appointment. read more

I took my 6 and 8 year old daughters here for the royal princess treatment and they loved it!! Gorgeous setup, sweet technicians who chatted with my girls and made them feel special, adorable beauty treatments. When I first walked in no one came to greet me so I waited a few minutes then I announced myself then one of the employees looked out from behind the curtains in the back and didn't say anything,then I started to set up the table for the party then the second girl looked out to see what I was doing and she still didn't say anything.....then at 1:15 someone came out , when the party was suppose to start at 1pm she told me she can fix the table and I was telling her that I was already done but she still started rearranging what I had already fixed and they told me that's how they set up the tables so I moved out of her way and let her do whatever she wanted ... then they finally started getting the girls ready by giving them they're robes and they rushed the toasted because they were behind schedule ....they barely applied cream on there face by putting a couple of dots then they rushed through the girls to move on to the next girl...they never change the water in between girls and one of the girls toes had polish and they told her she didn't need to get them done and they didn't do anything...and when I confronted her she stated that maybe my niece said no at first then changed her mind which is not true ,my niece asked for them to polish her toe nail polish and they ignored her and moved on to the next girl...the polish was a horrible job it was extremely messy as if the girls did they're on nails....I caught one of employees trying to cover up the cake where she dropped the cake and messed it up and she never told me but I caught her it was a disaster, I asked her why did she drop the cake she then stated she had to lift it up to take the cake to the girls instead of them coming to the cake ...which I was confused if she wasn't able to do it she shouldn't have lifted it up at all.....she didn't even apologize,the other employee tried to apologize for her which by that point I was upset ...then they didn't allow my daughter to cut her cake they did it for her which made me more upset because no one asked me anything or they didn't even tell me what they were they doing ..... at the end of the party they were worried about me paying for one more girl and asking for a tip which I gave them a tip even though they didn't deserve it because I'm not that kind of person ....it was a horrible experience for me and I don't recommend this location at all ...pics down below read more

My husband surprised our 5 y/o princess today with a spa day at LPS. Needless to say, she was memorized from the moment she walked in. Absolutely amazing! I had my daughter's 5th birthday at the Hallandale location. The party was supervised by Anna and a wonderful set of women that made my daughter and her friends feel so special. I booked the Princess package and was blown away with all it entailed. The staff unloaded my car and set up the cake and refreshments. The girls were blown away from the facials, mani pedi, hair styling, makeup, among other things. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! To the staff at Little Princess Spa in Hallandale Beach, a whole hearted thank you for making my daughter's birthday so special. She hasn't stopped talking about it and is planning for 6th birthday already! I'm one happy mommy. :-) read more
