I was a walk-in, after landing from DC (because my procrastinating self didn't get a pedicure before I left home) and I was very satisfied. I was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. I told him that I needed a pedocire. Then, I was directed to a sink to wash my hands (I love that because, you know, germs...) and then to a bowl. I was give a complimentary beverage as well. TD was my tech and he did a great job. He let me soak for a bit as I requested (yeah, I needed it) and then handled business. My feet look and feel ike they belong to someone who loves them again. Oh, and the foot massage was just what I needed after getting off the plane. Overall, this is a good nail salon with reasonable prices. I also don't like the style of my nails apparently they charge you to cut your nails down. I've never heard of that so they're a little bit longer than I like. I really just am not happy with the service. I really to be honest with you after a week my nails have grown out a significant amount I had them on for three weeks while I was traveling from another Salon came here to try something new and a week later they look worse than they did three weeks from the other place. I am visiting from NY for a wedding and it was easy for me to make a last minute appointment the day before on a busy Friday. Arriving to the nail salon, check in was seamless and I got a chair immediately. They had great turn around of their clients and really make you feel comfortable during the process. Quinn did my nails and she crushed it. Not a single blemish on the paint and she was gentle when it came to my pedicure (I am ticklish). The price was very fair. The salon has a great energy between the music, employees, and complimentary beverages (choice of water, coffee, tea, or wine). This was my second visit, and sadly I don't think I'll be returning. I really wanted to give this place a fair shot, but I left disappointed again. I came in for Après nails with a French tip and was charged $120, which I wouldn't mind if the quality matched the price, but it didn't. My nail tech seemed a bit distracted during my appointment, which I think affected the outcome. There were visible gaps between the Après nail and my natural nail, which is a concern because it can trap moisture and lead to a "greenie." I had to come back to get that corrected. Looking closer at home, I also noticed the nails were uneven and lumpy. And $45 for a French tip at that quality is hard to justify. And STILL I'm finding gaps and other little things! I'd love the opportunity to speak with a manager, as I feel a partial refund would be fair given the experience. I genuinely hope they can improve, because the potential is there. This just wasn't the visit I was hoping for. Update: One of nails came off :( definitely won't be coming back, $120 for half work smh. read more

The Polish Lounge was a great choice and I plan on making this my regular salon. The vibe is cozy and chic. I love the pedicure benches. I needed a quick pedicure and as a walk in I was seen immediately. The nail tech Natalia was good...kind, patient and did a great job on my toes. She offered me the menu of pedicure services which included mud masks, jelly pedicures, parafin etc....i just got a regular. Maybe I'll pamper myself a little more next time. I was unhappy with the result of the manicure because she pulled my cuticles of two of my fingers way too deep that it is red and sensitive. I also noticed a minor cut on my finger when I was in the car. I wasn't able to return to the store because it was rush hour. I also noticed that one of the tips was not glued on well. I think is insane that you have to pay extra for cuticles when you are already paying outrageous prices. Aside from that this place is always clean and welcoming. I usually get an appointment even if it's last minute. The team is friendly for the most part and you always get offered something to drink (coffee or wine..)
