He did an expert job with the hole repair patching and painting that I cannot tell where he opened the holes to pull the cable. Jay has fixed our exterior doors that weren't contacting our weather stripping and sealing properly, as well as adjusting and (where necessary) replacing the interior doors that were poorly hung by the previous owner. He fixed our custom-built pantry shelves, in addition to adding another shelf, replaced baseboards, fixed an accent wall, added shelving to our laundry room, and installed overhead garage storage for us. The best thing about working with Jay, was that he had good input for us in helping to figure out what we wanted to do with our laundry room and to fix the broken design on our accent wall. When he was trying to figure out where to hang our clothes rack in the laundry room, he had the foresight to measure my arms to get a good sense of where to hang the rack since my wife wasn't around to say exactly how high she wanted it installed. Jay is super nice, reliable, and JSC's prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them for any handyman services you might need around the house.

My Camry had a no-start issue, and instead of trying to sell me a starter or some expensive repair like less honest mechanics might have done, Sherman took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found that a connector wasn't plugged in correctly. He fixed it quickly and had the car running again. On my Impala, he completed an oil change and repaired my cigarette lighter outlets, which had been damaged by an overpowered device that had melted part of the circuit. Everything is working properly now. He arrived on time, was professional from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. He even followed up by sending me a PDF with diagnostic codes and a detailed list of recommended maintenance items for future service. It's hard to find mechanics who are knowledgeable, honest, and transparent, but Sherman checked all three boxes. This was easily a 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. I appreciate the work, the honesty, and the professionalism.     Thomas Jackson was assigned by Choice Home Warranty to diagnose my A/C unit on Thursday, May 2,…read more3024. To my surprise, he was able to come out Wednesday evening. He arrived and asked do I no which unit was mine and I said, no, I left that to the experts. I pay him the $85 service fee. He points out my unit and begins to work. He advises me that I'm cleared for a replacement a/c unit but he must send pics. He promised to return on Friday. We'll Thomas was a no show, no call. I called him on Saturday, May 4. 2024, he apologized and promised to return no later than Sunday. He arrives in a bad mood and begins to work He advised me that he diagnosed the wrong unit Wednesday, pointed to another unit, and began to work. He submitted pics and Choice Home Warranty will contact me. We'll Monday Choice Home Warranty denied my claim because my unit is still under warranty. That's impossible the unit was purchased and installed in 2008. Once again Thomas diagnosed the wrong unit. I appeal the denial, I text Thomas and ask for a refund or return and diagnosis the correct unit. We'll he Ghosted Me, Choice Home Warranty left me hanging. Never have I experienced such bad service in my life. Consumers beware of this guy and I canceled my contract with Choice.

The time frame for Mr. Thomas Jackson to arrive at my house between 5-7. At 5:45, I sent him pictures of my coil and informed him that my coil was frozen. He explained to me to go to the store to get a blow dryer so he could melt the ice off of the coil. At 6:13, I texted him and told him that I was back. 6:44 he said that he was waiting for the rain to stop. At this time he was at QuickTrip. I explained to him that it was not raining at my house, which was about 7 minutes away. 7:22, I called him and told him not to forget about me. He stated that he was completing some paperwork and that he would be coming. He arrived at 7:40 to begin the service. While I was in the bed, my son assisted him with turning on and off the thermostat. At 8:54, called me and asked me if I was coming out of my room so he could explain the diagnosis. I went into the guest room where he was standing on the attic steps and I noticed that there were mud stains on my floors. I asked him why he did not cover his shoes when walking in and out of my house. He said that he didn't know. I explained to him that it was common courtesy being that it had rained. He then proceeded down my expensive stairs that I recently had installed and I noticed that there was dirt and mud on my steps. I was very upset about that. He did not apologize and he said that he was to collect $100 from me. I told him that I wasn't going to pay him anything, due to the condition of my stairs. He rudely said thanks for wasting my time and I'm not turning in a diagnosis. I then told him that it took him forever to get here. I am willing to pay the $100 fee, just not to him, due to his horrible customer service and his bad attitude. Please see the attached pictures. Please keep in mind that I did not include pictures of my floors in the room, where the attic door is.
