The cliche, "above and beyond" does not touch the surface of Calvin's customer service. I don't have an infestation issue, but the thought of one was keeping me up on this night. It was 2 A.M and I was researching pest control companies (knowing that I had to get up at 4 A.M.) and perused Calvin's yelp reviews! The reviews were very believable and sincere, so I immediately reached out to he company at 2 AM. Surprisingly, I didn't get an answering machine, I got a live person that was attentive and very professional. I got Calvin and I was sold. We made the appointment for the same day and lets just say that he has "earned" a lifelong customer. In fact, this review is the pre-cursor to the verbal and written notice of severance of service that I am going to give to my (soon to be previous) pest control company. Now, let me tell you about my service experience. At the appointed time, Calvin and his crew arrived and they are a handsome bunch so I now had excellent service and eye candy to add to the collection of professional experiences. Moving on, Calvin's team blew and inspected my garage so it was sparkling clean AND treated for pests. They used sustainable bug repellent outside my home, which smelled really good in the autumn wind. Ok, so if the presentation, professionalism wasn't enough... Lets move on to the educational experience and what exactly cemented my understanding that I can never have another exterminator take care of my place. Calvin illuminated areas that existed that I was not aware of. He pulled out my stove, my refrigerator, and shined the cool light that he had light attached to his forehead so that I could see what was really going on behind my appliances. He cleaned and sealed the holes and this was more than any other exterminator had ever done. When he wrote the bill up (which I was glad to pay), he educated me on exactly they types of chemicals used and the amounts of concentrations of the active ingredients. My experience with Absolute Exterminating Services was amazing. Mr. Calvin and his wife saved my life! My husband and I have a major problem with rats in the house and the attic we are currently renting. They were extremely courteous, professional, efficient, on time and very knowledgable. They didn't leave our house until we felt comfortable even it it meant staying until 10:30pm (which they did). They were also very conscientious in protecting the workspace and did an immaculate clean up. They moved everything out, vacuumed and sanitized. They looked for places that rats might be coming in, and used netting to cover up any holes and sealed up holes as well. I've never seen someone work with such passion in making sure you are taken care of at all cost. Calvin and his team really helped us out these past weeks when we found out we had a rat problem in our crawlspace. I found Absolute Exterminating Services from his other Yelp reviews, and they were completely​ accurate. He and his team are great communicators - clearly explaining the process and steps they'd take to trap, clean up, close up the crawlspace and attic and complete the job. They were very flexible with our schedule​ and even worked over the weekend/late on weeknights if the schedule warranted​ it and permitted. He also has warranted​ the work so that if any of those little guys come back, he'll also come back to deal with them. For pricing, I really don't know what the going rate was, and while I was surprised at the bill, it really covers their hard work to get up high to deal with the attic, get low under that nasty crawlspace, and deal with things I prefer not to think about, let alone deal with. I had a recent issue with squirrels in my attic. It was so bad that i had to go downstairs to sleep. After a quick google search, i found Absolute Exterminating Services. We also had a very positive experience with Absolute Exterminating Services. We called on a Friday regarding a rat that was coming in from behind the kitchen cabinets and the hot water closet during a cold spell. Calvin answered the phone instead of letting it go to voicemail like the other two companies I had called that morning. We had been battling that rat for a while and we could not go on anymore. He confirmed he would be able to come by later that very afternoon and he contacted me with a heads up before his arrival as promised. Despite it being a very busy day for him and his team, they worked several hours well into dinner time to finish the exclusion work (multiple areas of the place) that night. His work was meticulous and careful, fast and efficient. One particularly hard to reach area was creatively addressed. As exclusion was completed, each area was left cleaner than when he started (egs behind the dishwasher, behind the stove, behind the refrigerator, behind the washer and dryer, etc). It was clear that Calvin takes great pride in his quality work. It's been over a month since our service call and we have not had recurrence of entry. I am writing this review now as it takes a while to catch up again on life after the interruption of a rodent episode. Randy and Malik came for an ant problem we've been having despite one of the name brand pest control services. Randy and Malik did a great job. They were thorough. They pulled out the refrigerator and the stove. They sealed a huge crack behind the stove and some smaller areas where ants could get in. They examined each window, door, and bathroom then sprayed as needed and set monitoring traps. Then went outside and worked. They provided a thorough explanation of chemicals used and why. Absolute exterminating was just at my home in Canton they were amazing they went above and beyond. We had a rodent problem not only did they seal up every possible entrance that a rat could get in, they cut down a tree and branches. They also cleaned out the gutters and removed a couple of wasps nests. They even went to the store to buy a chain Saw to cut down the tree. Calvin and his crew performed Exclusion Service and Remediation Services in attic and crawlspace and dwelling for removal of critters in my attic and crawlspace. They sealed all points of entry, removed old insulation and replaced with new insulation after disinfection of all areas.
