After waiting over 4 months for a MacBook screen repair (dropped off around December 19-22), I finally got it back--only to be told that he installed a cracked screen because we supposedly "rushed him." That's not an excuse, that's just unacceptable. Between the disrespectful behavior, lack of accountability, and ridiculously long turnaround time, this place should not be in business. The next spring it wouldn't start so I took it into power pro,it was still under warranty and they told me it would a couple of weeks and they would call me. After around 4 weeks I stopped in to check on it as the need for it at the cabin was increasing. I talked to the owners daughter,she told me they hadn't gotten to it yet, the owner came from the back and yelled at me "we'll call you when it's ready so I left. Around 5 weeks later still no call so I stopped by again and was told that it was done weeks ago and they dug it out of their outside junk pile, it was all scratched up and beat up. They told me it started right up and nothing wrong with it. Do not buy from power pro, customer service is horrible. They don't want anything to do with you after the sale.
