As it was the holidays (and a weekend), I sent a message to Rick via his website and left a message. He called back quickly and spoke with us over the phone to diagnose the problem. (This was after a large, well-known plumbing company that serviced the area told me their plumbers were quite busy and would need to charge me time & a half since it was after-hours. To their credit, they did offer suggestions for other local plumbers...but after researching, those plumbers didn't have great reviews...unlike Heritage Plumbing). Rick gave advice on purchasing a new faucet from Home Depot and scheduled time to see us the next day, which was very nice since he was technically not planning to return to work for a few weeks.
