Well, when I went to pick the brochures up, I was pleasantly surprised, by the amazing look of my brochures. You couldn't tell, that they had nothing to work with, by the look of them. I am very thankful to Doug, as I needed these brochures, for an upcoming home & garden show. It was impossible to get someone to come fix issues with the cable or internet in a timely fassion. They are only open until 4pm every day, and closed Saturday and Sunday. So when I have an issue with my internet or cable on a Friday morning, and I don't get home from work until 5pm, I'm screwed for the entire weekend. I would leave voicemails and never receive a call back, they would try and bill me for every little thing even if it was their fault, just an all-around mess of a company. I moved out of this building 6 months ago, and I still receive a bill every single month from them for the internet service, which I canceled a month prior to moving out. Nobody there has a clue. I highly recommend Orchid House going in a different direction when this contract is up.

Due to an upload error from their site, it didn't accept one side of my design, so there was a comments box, I added notes with dropbox links to my files in case they had an issue loading the file. I had my assistant call and confirm with someone that Friday that the proper design would be printed. My assistant called back Monday to confirm that they would be ready by Tuesday morning. Oh I should note, this is for my call center business, so all my assistants calls are automatically recorded. Imagine my surprise when I show up Tuesday morning and was given cards blank on one side. I was even more shocked when the manager came out to tell me that the whole process is automated, nobody reviews it before print, not a very good response to my question about "what happened to my comments, how come nobody has read them". What was even more disappointing was being lied to my face that he spoke with my assistant and stated that he never promised they would be ready by Tuesday 10 am when we have him saying it in a recording. I asked them to fix the problem by overnighting the cards to Nashville where I was going for my conference (my flight was 2 hours away from when I stopped in). Thursday, 2 days later, they are still trying to tell my assistant that they can't overnight them it's too expensive while it's already too late, I needed them TODAY. I hope the few dollars you saved was worth the lost lifetime value of the marketing company that my wife owns or the lost value of people who wont use you because they read this review. I gave your company multiple opportunities to fix, it's rare for me to take the time to write a negative review but as a business owner, I feel I should share my experience with others and I'll be looking for another local owned print shop in Metro Phoenix that I can take my business to that has better processes and cares more about their customers to make it right.

It's downright terrifying too…read more Entrust this person with your personal information, your life story...you're completely vulnerable and then provide a deposit to this complete stranger to search for members of your biological family. You're thinking you're completely insane right?! I know I did. But I did a ton of research and it didn't hurt either that she was highly recommended by my social worker who placed me with my folks back in the late 70's. I knew in my heart Victoria Mikoch was the one. I've wanted to search for my bio-fam for many, many years. However my case was different, my docs were sealed within the court system and the only way I could open them is if the bio-mom did so herself. That is until I learned about what a confidential intermediary was...Victoria is a PI with a special license that can view court documents, retrieve identifiable info from these docs and then contact the parties involved to see if they're interested in waiving their right to keep their info confidential so they can meet up with their lost party. I had no idea this was possible, but alas it is. After almost a year of searching from the info released by the courts through an affidavit and with all she was able to dig up. I'm talking huge lengthy and really in depth detective work; Ms. Mikoch unearthed some pretty amazing, beautiful, sad, troubling but pretty exciting information. I went through a roller coaster..but it was all there and she found it! She found both bio-parents, half siblings, aunts, uncles. And they all agreed to speak with me. It gave me so much closure. I'm still in contact with everyone today and my family--my folks are thrilled and have since met or spoke with this new side of our extended family we didn't know before. Victoria is absolutely extraordinary. I love her with all my heart and I know that's weird sounding but I went through a lot with her. She never gave up and she did an amazing job. She worked with me through a lot and I'm so truly grateful to her. And so is my family. I'd recommend her to anyone. My search was brutal, there wasn't much to go on but Victoria unearthed it all. She was so funny too, in the end she affectionately called my file "war and peace"....so true!! She was extremely professional too and respected everyone's privacy. I swear she was born to do this line of work, she's just got that gift.
