Namecheap has been my DNS provider and other domains I own for nearly ten years. I'm definitely not a domain speculator - I buy my domains and keep them. Prices for most tlds are good for the first year and my .com domain renewals have been $13 including the ICANN fee. I have had no trouble purchasing a domain, publishing the proof of ownership phrase for Microsoft and then adding that domain to my Office 365 tenant. Adding advanced DNS entries for TXT, MX, SPF, DKIM, SRV and DMARC is easy and they replicate quickly enough. I appreciate that they offer a second factor for authentication (WHICH YELP DOES NOT). I don't know about spam emails or sketchy people who might be using Namecheap. For me, the service works and the prices are decent. [Review 16518 overall - 75 in Arizona - 27 of 2022.]

SEO Built for the Wrong Market BizIQ built the SEO campaign around Show Low, AZ instead of the Phoenix Metro area, which was the agreed target market. This error went undetected for over six months. For comparison, my previous website -- which had not been updated in three years -- consistently generated approximately 15-30 inquiries per month. The new website generated zero phone calls, texts, contact form submissions, or email inquiries during the 11 months it was active. Even after the SEO targeting error was corrected, results did not improve. I ended my agreement and hired another firm and my experience was night and day. Basically, I lost one-year of potential business because of BizIQ. They have a great marketing plan, they will develop your website, perform a supposed "best in class" SEO campaign, provide a dedicated resource to manage your day to day, offer digital marketing campaigns. A one shop stop. The most important word in that last sentence is STOP. STOP BEFORE YOU GET STARTED. I sent a demand letter requesting a refund for the one year I wasted and $13.8K is spent without a response. Hired a lawyer and they did not respond to their demand letter.
