Had a strange and unexpexted experience tonight at this Staples. I was looking to have some papers…read morecopied. Young lady behind the counter came longer and asked if she could help, told her what I needed and in return gave me 2 options. I could email what I needed to her and she would print them for me, but she had a few jobs before mine or I could email them to a self serve copy machine and I could do them. The young lady looked at me and said no worries I will walk you though the steps. Within a short time the print job was done. I have been to other depot stores that are clueless to customer service I only hope that soneone from this Staples reads the review and complements Mary Rose Thank you #Maryrose your customer service skills are excellent.

Every time I call this branch every single employee that I have spoken to has given me some form of…read moreattitude or frustration with the most minor questions. I have experienced the same issue going in person and it is quite frustrating. I understand working at a post office is probably a very stressful job, especially around the holiday season but those of us who are coming in there have our own stresses and frustrations too. I have never once taken my frustration out on an employee doing their job especially considering I work in healthcare so I have a very stressful job as well. I genuinely dread having to call or go to my local post office in Vestal since I'm treated like a nuisance.
