I have experienced the same issue going in person and it is quite frustrating. I understand working at a post office is probably a very stressful job, especially around the holiday season but those of us who are coming in there have our own stresses and frustrations too. I have never once taken my frustration out on an employee doing their job especially considering I work in healthcare so I have a very stressful job as well. I genuinely dread having to call or go to my local post office in Vestal since I'm treated like a nuisance.

I could email what I needed to her and she would print them for me, but she had a few jobs before mine or I could email them to a self serve copy machine and I could do them. We had to track down a couple of "normal" patio chairs for two people who would have fallen badly using the rental chairs. The only good thing about the rental was the linens - - they brought the colors I requested, and all were very clean and nice looking. My husband went to pick it up as planned and was told upon arrival that the lift had accidently been double booked upsetting yes but understandable people do make mistakes. My husband was told to come back the following Saturday, he arrived to find out they had reserved the wrong lift and the one that he needed was not available. We where understandably upset we had people coming to help us and the tree was dangerous and need to come down asap. Taylor Rental offered no discount or anything just a "sorry". We where dumb enough to think that we would have better luck the third week so the following week we go to pick up the lift and guess what it was double booked.
