However, I also had one blazer that I purchased at an online tailor company that came out very wonky in the shoulders. Thane was able to perform surgery on it and perfectly fix the issues. He got everything done on a tight timeframe too, and put in extra work to get it all exact. Beyond that, he was a pleasure to chat with and very professional. The whole project came to a little over $1000, which I think was reasonable given the quantity and quality of work done. I especially don't think anyone else could have fixed the shoulders on that one blazer, so it effectively saved me the value of losing out on an entire suit jacket.

We have a great Dane and he decided to jump on me and his claws ripped right through my hoodie and I actually cried. This hoodie is 15 years old at least and it was custom designed for me by my daughter as a gift so it means more to me than I can even express. Not to mention it is the most comfortable thing I've ever worn. My hopes were that they could at least sell it so I could wear it around the house. I never in my wildest dreams expected this hoodie to be sewn so perfectly and so evenly that I could wear this out in public at any time! I also brought in the cover to a brand new giant dog bed where the zipper broke after 2 weeks of owning it. They were able to fix that zipper without replacing the whole thing for the best price they could and just like my hoodie it is like brand new. I suggest anyone who reads this and everyone who reads this bring anything they love and think is destroyed to this dry cleaner because they will do their absolute best to make things perfect again or as close to perfect as it can get!

First let me say that the groom and his party were all outfitted here, and everyone was very pleased. Myself, I bought the entire outfit at Men's Wearhouse. Suit, shoes, belt, shirt and tie. (A nice Kenneth Cole outfit, and yeah- I look good in it!) I was all set. Until I got it in my head that the shirt was too big. So, in typical MAN's fashion- I waited until last week and KELLY happily and smoothy exchanged it for me. And also in typical man's fashion, I didn't try it on. Well, the wedding is tonight. Yesterday I tried on the shirt- and it's TOO SMALL, just too tight around the neck. So sheepishly I returned this morning to Men's Wearhouse and explained to TIOGA my scatter-brained problem. Much to my relief, without hesitation, she swapped out my shirt for me- AGAIN- and somehow, because of rewards points, etc.- I got a 77 cent REFUND!!! Any firm can sell you a suit. It's what they do when something goes wrong that really means everything. I was SOOO anxious about this shirt and KELLY and TIOGA were really so nice and helpful. I'm incredibly disappointed with my gown preservation. It looks carelessly put together, and as you…read morecan see in the photos, several issues make it clear that proper care was not taken. The sewn-in bust padding has come loose and is now outside the dress, one of the off-the-shoulder straps is completely unattached, and my lace sleeves are awkwardly stretched across the front, making them look misplaced rather than preserved. If the sleeves weren't going to be properly preserved, they should have been neatly tucked behind the dress instead of being unnecessarily stretched, which risks damaging the delicate lace. I had hoped to one day let my daughter try on this gown, but unfortunately, the integrity of the dress has been compromised. I cannot believe I spent $700 on this service, I would have been better off simply having it dry cleaned. Save yourself the disappointment and money - do not preserve your dress here.
