Staff members are allowed to lie and manipulate policy by claiming safety concerns. They do not investigate or make any attempt to find out the truth of a situation. Even when offered video evidence and details that were left out of the carrier's complaint, no actions are taken and customers are allowed to be blamed, harassed, inconvenienced, and victimized. I would use any office other than this one.

Delivery finally happened about 5pm; driver was alone so we had to help unload the truck!?! The exact same thing happened on the pick-up day - - nothing from them until I phoned at 4pm-ish. Had we been told it would be late afternoon delivery & pick-up, we wouldn't have lost many hours waiting for a call (our function location was near but not at our home). The condition of the tables and chairs was appalling - - very dirty, dented, split and badly chipped plywood table tops; filthy, rickety folding chairs. We had to track down a couple of "normal" patio chairs for two people who would have fallen badly using the rental chairs. The only good thing about the rental was the linens - - they brought the colors I requested, and all were very clean and nice looking. Will never use them again, and will never recommend them - - will actively discourage folks who need party stuffs.

My husband went to pick it up as planned and was told upon arrival that the lift had accidently been double booked upsetting yes but understandable people do make mistakes. My husband was told to come back the following Saturday, he arrived to find out they had reserved the wrong lift and the one that he needed was not available. We where understandably upset we had people coming to help us and the tree was dangerous and need to come down asap. Taylor Rental offered no discount or anything just a "sorry". We where dumb enough to think that we would have better luck the third week so the following week we go to pick up the lift and guess what it was double booked. I have never seen such incompetence in my life!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWEFULL!!!!

Began receiving threats of malware, virus' and trojan horses with suggestions to open McAfee, Google and Microsoft programs to fix the issue. Brought laptop to RBTG. Skylar Struble explained they'd recently received other computers with similar or the same complaint. Reassured me not to worry; they'd have it taken care in short order. Skylar called me within two hours to come get my computer. He described the issue as being what he calls Scare Ware. A program designed to scare a user into accept the prompt from fake McAfee, Google sites. And had I, malware would have been downloaded. I'm writing this review within three hours of when I dropped the computer off. Thank you RBTG. Owner, Jon Layish has a great team of experts. The people are friendly. I've never felt rushed or that I'm bothersome to them. It's obvious Skylar and all the other personnel I've encountered enjoy their work and want to help solve customers technology issues. Mike B.
