For some weird reason the Etsy 11x14 files did not fit to scale, but the employees here were really patient and helpful with getting the correct file size and making edits to make sure it fit. They are quick to respond and had my prints ready in two days with beautiful quality. Customer service is superb, and in addition, their pricing is AMAZING!! Three 11x14 prints only cost me less than $25!!! Whereas FedEx was going to charge $20 EACH. The shop is on the corner street with a big parking lot so plenty of space, you won't have trouble finding parking. I would 10000% recommend coming here for your print needs. The execution on the print was flawless and customer service was prompt and friendly. These guys clearly know what they're doing. The only small gripe was that upon pick up, I walked into the store and nobody was wearing a mask. I guess I don't care that much given I was just vaccinated, but it was a little bit shocking to see. No masks in sight, no effort to cover up, nothing to see here guys. Doesn't impact the quality of the print, which I thought was perfect, or the overall customer service, which was great. Upon arrival, the facility did not initially appear to be a professional business location. The parking arrangement and exterior setup were confusing and made it difficult to determine where I was supposed to go. Once inside the building, I found the lobby and common areas to be noticeably unclean and in need of maintenance. The overall condition of the property did not create a professional impression. The building layout was also confusing. The signage referenced both Suite 1 and Suite 100, and the business appeared to occupy space on multiple levels. After reading the instructions posted on the door, I called the number listed as directed. It was only about two minutes before my scheduled appointment. The representative instructed me to wait in my vehicle and then meet him at the entrance. I misunderstood those instructions, as I assumed that by the time I walked back to my vehicle and returned to the door, my appointment time would have arrived. As a result, I remained near the entrance rather than returning to my car. When the representative arrived, I explained the misunderstanding, but the response felt unnecessarily abrupt rather than simply clarifying the process. While I recognize the confusion was unintentional, the interaction immediately made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Once inside the office, my concerns about the professionalism of the location continued. There were no other employees present, the office itself appeared unclean, and communication throughout the appointment was minimal. Additionally, the representative's pants zipper was unfastened during the interaction, which was awkward and further contributed to what already felt like an unprofessional environment. Taken together, the condition of the office, the lack of professionalism, and the overall interaction did not inspire confidence in the services being provided. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and far below what I would expect from a vendor providing fingerprinting services. Between the confusing location, the condition of the building, the poor customer interaction, and the overall lack of professionalism, I would not return to this location and would neverrecommend it to others.

We used this company to scan our wedding negatives to disc. We even paid extra to have high…read moreresolution images. We were not satisfied with our purchase. There were miscommunication and delays while waiting for our images. We eventually got the product but it took about a month more than what it was supposed to take. After reviewing the images, there were numerous oddities about the images. I have a masters degree in engineering and have worked as a graphics engineer, and it seem to me that there were some technical issues with the scan. There were pictures that had thick rich colors such as purple, that must have been auto corrected and now appear oddly lime green. There were weird wavy line gradients in some brighter pictures that were indicative compress algorithm. We spoke with a representative, Valerie, who told us that no corrects were performed on, finger prints were the issue, and that double imaging was from the negatives. We didn't have any double images, and it appeared that she had our order confused with another. There were numerous dust prints, she stated that our negatives were very dusty and was now cleaner than before. Which again was hard to believe since the box had been sealed since our wedding, and each negative was also sealed in plastic. To give her the benefit of the doubt, I think again she had us confused with another order. She offered us a refund. Although we would rather have the work done right, we thought we should just take the refund and move on with life, and try again later. So, we accepted. She called us back and then took back her offer for a refund. To be fair, this company did give us a scanned disc with our wedding images for the stated price, but I would be cautious using this company.
