While the home had its own structural road blocks, the team seamlessly came up with solutions to make everything work and look exactly as we planned. Even though it required more of their time, they were priced extremely fairly for the amount of professional work they put in. The first sump pump that was installed unfortunately had an issue with the lighted plug but they came back out to replace it so it's all good now. I highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for a plumber - he's really one of the nicest plumbers I've met and he'd clearly and patiently answer any questions you may have. Their quote was also competitive. I'd definitely be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs! P.S. if you're unable to reach them at their phone/office number, try messaging them via Yelp. Why 4 stars vs 5: I would rate the quality of the repair as B+. My goal was "you'd only know it was there if you knew what to look for" because it was on textured plastic bumper which I knew would be impossible to make look perfect. I'd say they did that for the most part. I don't think most people will even know it is there. But from a "perfect" standpoint the one area they sanded down they sanded too far down and there is a "flat spot" (see photo). There is also some runs in the paint (see photo). Again, this is on bottom edge of bumper so I'm splitting hairs. I only share that because if you want "perfect, like it never even happened" you probably want to just go to a full on body shop. If you are good with "pretty good" then you'll probably be happy.
