I had my windshield and hatch glass tinted for $230. 50% on the windshield and 15% on the rear glass. He shot me a price of $150 for the 6 remaining pieces of glass on the rear doors and quarter panels. And plan to return next week. The factory tint offers no UV protection or dissipates heat. I already had the front doors done 2 years ago with 30% carbon film, to match the rear factory tint by others.

That's not really a great thing to say to a customer where they will be worried if the work will be subpar or if the car will come out with an IED strapped under the carriage when you pick it up. I would encourage the business to not say things like that to customers and encourage their workers not to discriminate based on background. It's understandable that tensions are high in that regard, but business is business and we are all in the USA.

The communication before drop-off was excellent. They answered every question I had -- and I had a lot. Post-install support was just as good, especially when I had questions about maintenance and cure time for the PPF. I was so happy with the full body PPF that I went back and had them do window tint as well, which also turned out great. The only minor areas for improvement would be more proactive updates while the vehicle was in their possession, as well as some small issues coordinating the loaner car. That said, the fact that they even offer a loaner vehicle -- something no other business I spoke with provided -- was actually one of the reasons I chose them in the first place. Additionally, there was a minor issue where the emblems were scratched during the process; however, they were very quick to take responsibility and immediately offered OEM replacements and a free installation, which speaks highly to their integrity and customer service. I brought my Bentley GT for a full wrap and besides the wrap peeling off the window trim within…read moreabout a month some of the biggest issues I had was with how many things they broke on my car. They didn't align the driver side door back correctly so the soft close wouldn't work and the jam wasn't aligned. This also made the vehicle wrap bunch up and peel off within a few weeks due to the weather stripping rubbing against the body unnecessarily. They also broke my passenger side mirror. Admittedly it had been cracked but I never got a chance to swap the spare one I ordered because they JB welded the mirror back in place after snapping it which then also made the motor not work. They also cracked the rear bumper during removal but claimed it was hidden by the wrap and didn't matter. All of these issues were wrapped up with "well, it's a little bit older so it's gonna break". For the price I'd expect a bit more.
