They also sent text confirmation to confirm appointment time location details etc. The massage experience was great. We did the 1 hour massage with facial. Got free wine because it was Friday. This is the most disappointing Groupon experience of my life. I have tried contacting this business several times via email and telephone since the purchase date over a month ago. I still have received no response. Their voicemail directs you to the website to "book an appointment" but there is no online scheduling option. The expiration date is quickly approaching and I have a feeling the Groupon will expire before I ever get a return call. I have reported the issue to Groupon in hopes of a refund and would give 0 stars to this business if I could. read more

I wish I could give this business less than 1 star. I bought a couples massage Groupon for my anniversary almost 3 weeks ago. I called as soon as I bought it to schedule an appointment, and the woman who answered it said they were not taking reservations for three weeks away and I should call back 10 days before the day I wanted to see if they were booking then. Just want to echo the sentiments already stated about this place; it has been a total scam. I purchased their Groupon for a night out for me and my wife. My wife called the first time to try and make an appointment and actually had someone answer. The woman stated they were booked for several weeks out and to try again later on. Since then we have not been able to contact anyone via phone or email. It's like the place does not exist. Their voicemail sends you to their website to book online, but there is no online booking tab on the website. This is my first bad experience with Groupon, but it makes me real gun shy about pre-paying for this type of service and trying to get your money back afterward when the deal turns out to be a total SCAM. Simply reading the reviews and the same scam artist are still available on Groupon. They redeemed my voucher without any services done. After contacting them about it they then blamed Groupon for redeem it automatically. The owner insisted on me giving them a try but I refused to do business with a company who would steal from you without giving them authorized permission. After that I never heard back from them about my refund. However, I have learned in my 30+ years on this earth. What goes around comes around. read more

Scam Scam Scam! They had the nerve to list themselves on Groupon. I myself did not read reviews before purchasing. They don't answer their phone , the lady who does scheduling for the ONE massage therapist that they do have lives way out of state & couldn't even get in touch with other coworker. Further more the site doesn't allow you to schedule yourself. After 2mos of trying to schedule AND get in contact with them their site was down . If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a Groupon made an appointment for Saturday at 1 the owner text me to reschedule for 4 saying she had an accident. I was there at 4 she wasn't not. She will not answer my text or calls now. She is taking groupons but not providing the services. read more

Very unprofessional, the first time I called the young lady said you know you can book online and put me on hold and never clicked back over. I made the appointment and they sent me a confirmation at 10 something of my appointment day. My friend and I was in separate cars heading there and her car broke down on her. I called them three times, which I let two of the calls play out hearing options. One option was to text for a response and they texted me back pass an hour saying I could not reschedule. I told whomever that texted me it was unprofessional to text someone way over an hour back to say the text messages are only for friendly reminder and I let them know I called.
