The male receptionist was fairly cold and not very attentive. I was immediately taken to the female masseuse named Dilicia (sp?). The initial start was very nice. However the massage therapist basically rubbed my legs and feet with lotion with nonexistent pressure. I had asked twice for stronger pressure and was ignored. I will not be returning as I didn't see the value compared to Happy Feet in Roswell.

My massage was Friday night. He mentioned that he contacted his legal department and they recommended that I get another massage from a different therapist and pay for it at a discounted rate. There is no way that I am going to give any more money for a massage when I was definitely cheated out of the one that I paid for. I will be going online to the Massage board website to report this as well as the therapist who performed my horrible massage.

I got the 1 hour package for $47 which was 40 minutes on feet and the other 30 minutes a combination of back, arm, neck massage. I was in a room with 4 chairs that can also lay flat. I arrived and explained that I needed more than the average 30 minute chair massage, and combined for 45 minutes. I was under the care of Jessica (or Jessia) and I almost cried. This skillful masseuse instinctively knew that I needed a very strong and deep massage. And she ended with my neck. I whined when it was finished because I had never felt so good. And once I sat up she stood behind me and messaged my neck for another couple of minutes. I have no idea if that is typical, or she knew the sheer level of arthritis and muscular pain I walked in with. Relaxing massages are great but that's not what I need, and I didn't even have to explain that. She was so lovely and skillful.
