Anytime I've ever called grasshopper they've answered their phone and been to my house to give me a quote within two days. I had multiple companies come out here and some of the quotes were outrageous. I think Phil does very fair business and if you're looking for a tree service company, I would highly recommend having grasshopper give you a quote.
