If we were lucky, the assistant would text back after some time. I felt bad for the seller. In a market where properties were going under contract the day they were listed, the seller stated she had only had 5 showings including us in over 30 days. It's no wonder, when her realtor wouldn't respond to realtors trying to contact him. I could understand if it was just one call not returned. This was the entire 30 day process! My sister was ultimately able to close on the property but it was absolutely no thanks to Darrell. Maybe he should stick to listing properties closer to where his office is located.
