I told him I was not in…read morea hurry but I would like for him to keep his eye out for a load a quality top soil to top dress my lawn with. On 5/20/2020, Rion called me and told me he had a truck load of what I wanted and he could delivery it. He did and dumped his single axel dump truck in my front yard. The dirt was very wet and I was unable to tell the quality of the product. I paid him $250 cash. He asked me if I needed a receipt, if not he did not need to pay taxes. I did not see a need for the receipt at the time. As the dirt began to dry out I noticed it was a very non-fertile gray clay consistency. I took him a sample of what he had dumped in my yard and attempted to work out a deal for him to replace the non-fertile dirt fill for quality top soil he had on his lot. He argued a lot and told me it was Missouri approved dirt, which means it was tested for lead". He finally said he would be at my house at 5pm. When he dumped the dirt in my yard he backed off the road just enough to dump the load. When he got to the house, he handed me a paper. He began to describe how instead of coming in the yard from the road to load up the dirt, he was going to use my yard to turn around while loading and it was going to tear up my lawn, possible landscaping timbers and brick light post. This was not needed but intentional as a payback for asking him to make good on the deal we had original made.

Backstory: My dog is put on a lead for a couple hours a day so she can run and play around in our front yard. We've had a complaint before that the lead was too long and that we should shorten it, so we did. The other day, a family friend put her on the chain but somehow lengthened the chain. I work upwards of 90 hours a week and the other person in my house is disabled and on constant bed rest, so we didn't know that the chain was too long. If we did, we certainly would have fixed it. Anyways, the dog must've been after an animal, and somehow got under their house and disconnect a hose to the AC unit. When the Schwiess repair van pulls up and looks at it, he has the tenant come knock on my door and bring me outside. Upon seeing this, I'm disappointed in both my dog and what the repair guy says to me. I understand not being happy about having to do work, but IT IS YOUR JOB to fix the AC unit NOT swear at my mother, myself and harass me extensively. I can't say anything about the quality of the repair, due to it not being my house, but I can say that it is the worst customer service I have ever had and I'm still half tempted to call the police and file a report. Funny thing is, we were looking into calling them to come fix our unit. Not anymore.

They cut the tree down first and while doing so a branch hit our AC unit..bent some of the fins and hit the gutter. They didn't tell us about this but the neighbors saw it and told us the next day after they left. While working on the tree trunk the next day, they left the trunk smash into a retaining wall and broke a cap and cracked some of the blocks. As they were carrying out pieces of wood out of the back yard through the gate on a machine, they guy running the machine left the bucket down on the gate breaking the plastic cap and an upright on the gate. I came outside and they had the gate off the hinges and were trying to see if they could fix it. In the meantime, another worker was trimming the other tree and dropped a branch on the top rail of the fence breaking it. Joseph said he was taking the pieces to a fence place he knew to get replacements. He can back and the place did not have the same rail top but one close so he made it work. They did not have the gate pieces so he put the gate back together and said he had a connection he would reach out to to get replacements. The tree being trimmed was supposed to be dead wooded and trimmed back. They literally cut 4 of the small branches near the bottom. They were packed up and I mentioned how the other tree was not trimmed or cleaned up. He said they would return to trim it the rest of the tre when he came back to repair the gate. I asked about the blocks--these were discontinued when I got the blocks for the area and I informed him of this. He said he take $200 off for the retaining and come back to trim the rest of tree when he fixed the gate. I told him who installed the fence originally and he said he had a connection. I texted him the next day about the tree and gate and he said they would be back. Two months went by and nothing. I texted him again and no reply. Two more months went by and still no reply. After another month and a half I went to a fence place and was able to get gates parts and put them on myself. I called and no answering machine to leave a message so I texted him again telling him I found parts and sent him a copy of the receipt...no reply. I asked him if he was just going send me reimbursement for the parts and for the tree he never finished trimming. No reply. He charged $600 to cut about 4 small branches off the tree and never took the dead wood out or trimmed back the rest of the tree. Still after 7 months there has not been a reply or reimbursement.

The following week, finally they replied. He said he was out of town. He will be by to spray. Now it is April 21st, they didn't show up. I sent another text stating I was going to give them a bad review. They replied back we will be there tomorrow evening. Today is April 28th, still a no show. They don't need to be in this business. Taking advantage of people. Giving the Good people that do want to work look bad. ​
