They clearly take pride in having a clean modern and cheerful space. I was surprised at the speed of their machines. A decent size load only took 19 minutes to wash. I had brought a book and I barely had time to crack it open. Drying took about 25 minutes. Cost me less than six dollars and a pleasant conversation about the area to boot. It was a tan basic suit, which to top, they ordered the wrong color and then blamed the bride for it when she called to let them know. They wanted to charge her an additional $75 per suit if she wanted to reorder the cream color she originally requested because get this: THEY RENT THE TUXEDOS FROM ANOTHER BUSINESS. THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR OWN TUXEDOS TO RENT OUT. They also did not have the color ties requested and just issued tan ties without asking the bride what other color she would prefer. Had to get a phone call from the bride how they made her feel about their mistake the week of the wedding. No discount for 5 total suits rented in the wrong color btw. My husband works late hours and they are closed by the time he gets out, so they added $50 for 2 days late. We live 40 mins from Shelbyville and are a one income family. When I called to explain our situation and settle the bill, it was $285!! I spoke to the owner to try to work a payment out and she was completely rude and unsympathetic. Instead she tried to embarrass me by threatening to call and make the mother of groom pay. When I explained to her she didn't need to get her involved and that I could pay her on Friday when my husband gets paid (I spoke to her on a Wednesday), she said just to call the dry cleaners and pay with card over the phone. When I did call on Friday as promised, they said it would be a $9.99 additional fee for using a card to pay, which the owner also failed to mention. $300 for a rental?!? I have never had to pay so much for a rental tux that was worn for one day! That's a month's worth of groceries nowadays. Please save your money and go somewhere else where they appreciate your hard earned money and patrionage. Never again.

Unlike others I have encountered this one actually takes credit cards which is nice since if you have travelled much you know that cash is a tough commodity to come by. They also have good accommodating hours on a Friday evening so travelers like myself can get to the business in time. Also, they are open the next day so that one can then return to pick up the clothes dropped off the night before. The staff was very friendly and professional and did a great job on the clothes that I brought to them. The facility appeared clean and organized. I had a fairly large order to complete with suits, dresses, and a few alterations. Not only did Sparkle Cleaners do a better job of cleaning my pieces, but they were less expensive! The alterations were done perfectly! They even went above and beyond by calling me to let me know that the particular snap that I needed to repair a shirt would look different because the maker uses their own brand. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be using them for now on.

It was wrapped in a moth bag for safe keeping and I was given excellent instructions on caring for this work of art. I took a couple of other Pendletons to them and had the same result. I was so pleased, I convinced my mother to send her stack of Pendletons to me for me to have them cleaned at Sparkle since they don't have a cleaners they trust in their little town. There are now two houses full of clean, well cared for Pendletons thanks to Sparkle. This is the only cleaners I'll go to now!
