It was a tan basic suit, which to top, they ordered the wrong color and then blamed the bride for it when she called to let them know. They wanted to charge her an additional $75 per suit if she wanted to reorder the cream color she originally requested because get this: THEY RENT THE TUXEDOS FROM ANOTHER BUSINESS. THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR OWN TUXEDOS TO RENT OUT. They also did not have the color ties requested and just issued tan ties without asking the bride what other color she would prefer. Had to get a phone call from the bride how they made her feel about their mistake the week of the wedding. No discount for 5 total suits rented in the wrong color btw. My husband works late hours and they are closed by the time he gets out, so they added $50 for 2 days late. We live 40 mins from Shelbyville and are a one income family. When I called to explain our situation and settle the bill, it was $285!! I spoke to the owner to try to work a payment out and she was completely rude and unsympathetic. Instead she tried to embarrass me by threatening to call and make the mother of groom pay. When I explained to her she didn't need to get her involved and that I could pay her on Friday when my husband gets paid (I spoke to her on a Wednesday), she said just to call the dry cleaners and pay with card over the phone. When I did call on Friday as promised, they said it would be a $9.99 additional fee for using a card to pay, which the owner also failed to mention. $300 for a rental?!? I have never had to pay so much for a rental tux that was worn for one day! That's a month's worth of groceries nowadays. Please save your money and go somewhere else where they appreciate your hard earned money and patrionage. Never again.

I was notified that it was ready for pickup on 7-29-26. I then picked it up and paid on 7-30-26. When I got home I found that the seam had not been repaired. When I contacted the company I spoke with a female. She informed me that the does not do alterations or repairs. She tried to make it sound like it was my mistake. I then rechecked the website (and took a screenshot) and it does say that the company offers "alterations and repairs" as services. When I told her about this, the female on the phone just said that she would contact her boss to have that removed from the website. She then acted like I should just eat the loss of money. I was charged for a service that the website says they perform, but they apparently don't actually do. This may be just a mistake (but not by me), but this looks like false advertising. When I told the female that I expected a refund, she was apparently surprised. She then said that she would talk to her boss and "try" to get someone to call me back. Potential customers should not take them at their word for what services they offer going by what they have on their website. I will not be using them again.

I used to have to have my clothes dry clean constantly, and I went to different places and it was very transactional. At Jimmy's, I worked with Birdie. She altered my pants and helped me get buttons in for my suspenders. The price was literally $150 less than any place I could find in Franklin. The quality was insanely good. It was done in less than two weeks. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
