Today I went in with a hooded coat that I thought needed a new zipper and asked how much to install. The young lady examined it and got the zipper back on track and did not charge me anything. She could have put in a new zipper and charged me but she was honest and so helpful. It is a nice clean shop with private fitting rooms and several ladies doing the alterations, wedding/prom gowns, etc I believe you will be happy with their services if you need alterations. Now in my mind, nobody will ever be as good a seamstress as my grandmother but 'Alterations by Gwen' is right up there at the top of the list. I carried a pair of bibs and jeans to be altered.
