So, let's try this once again. I already posted a review for this inadequate business but was…read moreremoved because I did not include enough details. So, here it is, they put on a strong front. They are so sweet attentive when you walk in. I was the seen by Dr. Calle, who at cost also seemed genuinely interested in treating me. I had some microdermabrasion done. It seemed to have been alright. I bought some products labeled Phanor Calle cosmetics. Apparently, they wanted to sell their own products and compete with the Obagi products that they already sold, which as I learned afterward, Obagi products are so much better. So, I took the 5 Phanor Calle labeled products and applied them on my face. As it turns out, I was allergic to something(s) and my eyelids swelled up horribly. I then took the products back the center and explained everything to Dr. Calle. He went on to tell me that he had never had this problem with the Obagi products and that there must be something in his that was causing the allergic reaction. He sounded upset and annoyed by the fact I had a negative side effect. He began to act rudely and said that he could not do anything for me. We went back and forth a bit. I ended up telling him to just exchange everything for the Obagi brand products and call it a day. He didn't like the idea and said that he would just give me the refund. I felt humiliated as I walked out the treatment room. I went to the front counter to get my refund. The two ladies up front that were so nice when I went the first time, now had a solemn and indifferent look and attitude. I will NEVER go to this place again and hope no one else has a similar experience.

I paid $150 and then a month or so later I got an invoice for $150. When I met the nurse practitioner, she was pleasant. I picked up my equipment, dropped it off at the emergency room, and got the results via email, but they were vague. I wasn't happy about that. I felt like I did not get straightforward results, and it was a waste of time. I'm going to follow up because I was not satisfied with the outcome.

My 88-year-old mother was prescribed Evenity injections by her rheumatologist at Cleveland Clinic…read moreFlorida to treat severe osteoporosis. The treatment plan called for 12 monthly injections, and she successfully received the first four at Cleveland Clinic Florida. We were then informed that Cleveland Clinic Florida would no longer administer the injections and that they would arrange for her to receive the remaining doses through another provider. Unfortunately, more than 2-3 months have now passed, and no treatment has been arranged. My mother's monthly Evenity therapy has been interrupted because Cleveland Clinic Florida has not been able to coordinate the continuation of her care. During this time, I have repeatedly sought assistance from the Rheumatology Department, Customer Service, and the Patient Experience/Ombudsman office. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, I have not received so much as the courtesy of a return phone call or even an acknowledgment that someone is working on the issue. This is a time-sensitive medication that is intended to be administered once a month. Interrupting treatment because of a failure to coordinate care is unacceptable, especially for an 88-year-old patient who depends on her healthcare providers to ensure continuity of treatment. I am posting this review in the hope that someone at Cleveland Clinic Florida will finally take ownership of this situation, arrange for my mother to receive the treatment that was prescribed, and improve the process so that other patients do not experience the same lack of communication and follow-through.
