On a recommendation from another RV repair person, we called Continental Repair and left a distressed message. Bob called us back within minutes and drove to our home to help us. He assessed what the issue was and from various parts he had, created an entirely new one to replace the faulty part the RV dealer used when they replaced the generator. His skills, professionalism, efficiency and kindness are commendable. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions to ensure I understood why the faulty part did not properly work and how the part he assembled would stop the fuel leak.Because he worked so quickly and competently, we were able to continue with our plan to get the van out for our first camping trip.

He didn't fix the problem. I contacted him in february, told him I needed it done by May. It's now almost July and he hasn't given me any of the parts he has charged me for, or fixed anything. I even drove out to Helena specifically to pick up those parts, an hour and a half each way, and he wouldn't pick up the phone or respond to my emails or texts. He showed up after months of excuses and put some chemicals in the tank, and left a mess. Didn't fix anything he said he would. Took him months to get to it. Kept coming up with excuses. Kept asking the same question over and over again and I answered over and over again. Now he's claiming I wasn't responsive in communicating. I don't understand half the things this guy says. He's a terrible communicator and gets downright defensive if you express any concern. I kept asking him for an invoice after the fact. Just wanted to know what I was actually getting charged for. Kept asking for a refund for the remainder. I was willing to pay him for the visit even though it didn't seem like he did anything. Well now he's claiming I own more than $2,000. If we writes up the invoice it will come out as more than $2,000 somehow even though he didn't fix anything. To top it all off he's threatening to put a lien on my property. His business is not registered. He has no way of putting a lien on your property if he threatens you with this don't believe him. This man is a criminal. Don't give him your money. Don't let him on your property.

Our approximate time of arrival was 12:30pm. At around 4pm I went into the office seeking an update and if they were able to get our coach looked at. Customer service totally is lacking. I was not given an answer or even an approximate time or something to let us know if we would be taken care of tomorrow morning. We are "camping" in a tight area and unable to move our slide rooms out even a little bit. We are staying in their parking lot with our generator running as it is very hot here and wild fire smoke is in the air. My husband suffers from COPD. They were able to get me in and worked non-stop to fabricate and repair the damage as well as fixing my wiring as the lights and wires were damaged also. Several techs stayed past normal hours to ensure I did not miss my commitment the following day. I can't say enough good things about the quality of work or their EXCELLENT customer service.
