I've called 2 other tow yards in town and asked for a quote from the same location for a tow and both came in at under $280. these people then wouldn't give him his other vehicle keys on the van keys until he paid the bill or turned over the title so he wouldn't have a vehicle to get there and charge him more daily storage. This is a highly unethical practice according to the attorney I work for and we will be pursuing all options Moving forward. I highly encourage anyone to call any other company for service.

I have been waiting over 2 years for Kolar tire West to make things right. had a oil change done…read moreand the tech found I had 2 low tires, told them to go ahead and patch them. when I left the shop that afternoon my left front tire and wheel detached from my vehicle destroying my left front hub brake rotor and wheel also bent a lower control arm, gave non repairable damage to the fender. the other tire and wheel on the left rear was loose and destroyed the wheel lug holes. Buzz was helpful, offering the use of his larger floor jack, and a truck parked in the yard. I was able to use it to ferry my own tools in, after identifying the vehicles to pull from. Prices were reasonable. Oftentimes only an original part will do. When you can pull it yourself, you save the pull fee, and get a feel for the installation of the part. Aftermarket parts sometimes just are not as good as OEM, and a low-milage wrecked car may have the item you're after. This is clearly the best yard I've been to in Montana, and your best first bet near Helena.

I noticed I never got refunded and called back and they say they refunded me and they have the verification and that they emailed it to me but they never had my email so I disputed it through my credit card carrier because I obviously did not get refunded and my credit card carrier said they canceled the refund. I believe they did it intentionally hoping I wouldn't notice. They submitted the refund again but it was a lot of bullshit to go through for them to say they had the part and that they were working on getting it to all of a sudden did not have the part and trying to not refund me and lie about the fact that they canceled the refund.
