They barely want to honor the coupons that are emailed to me, and when they do they restrict to half the chips for green games and the other half for blue games which is for games that dont give you tickets to redeem for prizes.. the whole thing is expensive and confusing. So disappointing. My boyfriend and I lost our card and it had over 23,000 tickets! We immediately spoke with the manager and he managed to get our card number but noticed all the tickets were gone. The guy who rang up our last transaction with the tickets testified that we had over 23,000 tickets but the manager said "sorry can't give that back to you". We are regular customers!! He knows our faces and he can't help us get our tickets back? Yes they are just tickets but we earned them . It would have been nice to have the manager give us our tickets back. Service was very unacceptable. We arrived at 9pm on 3/20. 5 of us, all sat at the bar. When we sat, we got greeted right away. Got drinks within 2 minutes. Then, it began, no service from there on out. With all drinks empty for 30 minutes, not one bartender asked us for another drink. Not one bartender gave us a menu for food. I asked the larger manager in a red shirt (leaning against the center wall by the bar) to come over. I told him no one has asked us if we were hungry and with it being last call, we would like to order. So the manager tells the bartender. We get to order food. My food came out with no basil. I ordered the chicken alfredo. The menu says it comes with basil. I asked the female bartender (forgot name but says family as her favorite fun) if this entree came with basil and she said she doesn't know and that the menu is new. I told her the menu states it comes with basil, so she had someone get me a side of basil. Then we waited 30-40 more minutes. Again, no one checked on us, no drinking drink refills and the same manager leaning against a wall and making last call announcements. So I spoke with Timothy the bartender and I told him that I didn't want to speak with the manager, but I wanted to inform him directly that our experience was poor. Timothy said we can talk to the manager anyway. I told him no, I just wanted to be a man and talk to him face to face. Timothy apologized and got us drink refills. He then told me that he was the only closing bartender and that the girls were just trying to go home. To the girl with the family nametag, she felt it was more important to wash dishes then to look up and say hi. To Becky the bartender, she felt it was more important to do her money with another manager to go home. But what about us??? There was a group of 4 next to us on the left. Service was so bad that the customer asked the bartender with the family nametag to give him back his receipt because he wrote in the wrong tip. Then, he wrote a message on the bottom. We, a party of 5 with a $99.22 check also didn't tip. Our check # for reference was 3087. I've never been that neglected in a restaurant when we spend that kind of money. The manager actually came out and apologized to one of my friends because the soup that he ordered was bad and before they served it they made a whole new batch. I initially was trying to book a birthday party for my 8 yr old son and was in contact with a party planner for the company. After speaking to her once and letting her know I'd get back to her with an official head count, I never heard from her again. My calls, voicemails and emails went unanswered. Thankfully, after going in to the El Paso location we were greeted by Chris! He went above and beyond to make sure our party was a success!! This place has the worst customer service in El Paso. We were being rushed by staff because they wanted the table. My kids got up to go play games, leaving their personal items and drinks on table. The staff showed up with another family without even asking if we had finished and asked us to remove personal items. Later they started collecting our drinks and we told them that we were not yet ready, their reply was that they had to pick them up now. Also food took very long and was cold, plus no napkins. Make sure you eat somewhere else before coming here. I'd love to say my experience was great but unfortunately after eating there the food was horrible. I had that Mac n cheese sandwich, the Mac n cheese looked like it was overlooked and mushy and the meat was extremely dry. Absolutely the worst bar service I have ever had. I've been here twice and the first time the bartender was great, a guy named jake. Second time -- different guy, totally terrible . I came in for a few drinks for the late happy hour on a Monday 9-11pm. First drink was served quickly , second drink took 45 minutes to get. My bartender clearly ignored me and skipped to other patrons. By the time I got my second drink happy hour was basically over. The 5 bartenders spent a good amount of time closing tabs and cleaning up... And they don't close till midnight. I get that it's the end of the day ; I get that they want or go home and I get that it's a Monday; but is it that hard to serve a few simple drinks with a smile? This bar tender was completely unfriendly, bordering on rude. The one star is for the previous visit and the appetizers ( the trio) which was really good actually. The potato cakes were great as were the buffalo wings. Sadly the same can't be said for consistency of service. Their happy hour prices can't be beat; unfortunately you have to wait so long between drinks you can't take advantage of it. I'll probably be back I hate to say; only because it's true only place that's has fair prices on cocktails and one of the few good happy hours in El Paso. I just won't expect much in the way of bar service. Oh well. I just won't budget more than a penny for the tip moving forward. Our first time in since their opening and we must say it is amazing. Where an adult can be a kid again. Food is great, atmosphere amazing. Husband and kids eat and ventured for a good while. I was playing games and i finished my card up with around 900 tickets. So i put 40$ on there. I finished the night with 5000 tickets. I put it in THERE card readers and it said i had 5000 tickets. But when i went to buy something i only had 176 tickets? So we got the manager over and he was rude from the start calling me a liar and saying the machines dont lie. I told him to check the camras because i won a 1000 ticket jackpot and that 176 wouldnt be correct. He checked and said that i won it. So i asked for the full 5000 i had won. He refused and said he would only give me 1000. He said the machine must have "dumped" 5000 tickets on my card that i didnt win (a computer mistake). I told him the computer isnt correct and the Employee around 17yrs old told him something was wrong. He didnt listen and told me that the machines dont make mistakes after he told me atleast 2 mistakes that the machine made. Very rude manager and 5000 tickets at dave n busters will get you a stuffed animal. Every time we come we spend around 300$ and becuase he wanted to be rude and call me a liar over 5000 tickets that I WON. We will never be coming back and i dont think this place is worth your money at all! read more

To the folks posting bad reviews now I have to write a review (went on a Thursday at noon) Food was delicious. Started with the 5 * 5 appetizer and wore it out. Next up was the buffalo chicken/hamburger meal. Juicy!! Dessert was the banana cream pie but the couple I went with had the brownie. (That one was delicious) After stuffing my face next came the games. Had a blast with 3 adults playing. Only downfall was that Mario kart already had a broken pay slot so only 3 people could play. I have visited Dave and busters in California a few times and the food was very good. I was excited when they open one here in El Paso , so it was time to try it out. I never complaint about food or service but this time it was bad. I only told management about my raw broccoli, but it was too much to complain i thought. My chicken was Dry and broccoli raw. My son that always eats his chicken tenders didn't them just half of one. My daughters quesadillas were also bad and did not eat them she picked from her sisters sliders and ribs which was good. My wife's pasta, the meat looked microwaved. but the pasta was good. It was just a bad dinner for all of us. It seams that their new cooks in the kitchen. This place is what it is. A money hungry restaurant. We have always waited so long for our servers when ever we have been there. They never ask for refills or check up on us while we're eating. That's just common as a server. Especially if you want my money as a tip. Food has always been ok I guess. But it seems like everytime we go, somthing is wrong with our food or they forget somthing. Ask for ranch and they brought it to our table right after they laid the bill down, and questioned if we still wanted it. Last time we were their, my wife ordered that red alcohol drink with the red cubes in it. They did not have anymore cubes and just brought the drink out anyway and left, like wtf. Customer service is not that. Also we used a gift card to pay last time and the waitress says she could only take five dollars off it and the rest had to go to my debit card. Fine whatever. Check my card balance the next day, and 15 more dollars were taken off. That crappy server that we only saw twice during our stay, STOLE herself a nice 15 dollar tip off my gift card. Really dave and busters, is this how your train your wait staff, to be theives??? You've lost us as a customer. I don't know what happened to this place today. The customer service use to be stellar when it first opened, now you have some clowns and management with zero class. For example: Jessica was working in the front when we arrived. She looked very frustrated. She wasn't greeting customers with a smile or provided a warm, happy greeting to the incoming customers. Then our child played the game JellyJam. The game is "supposed" to reward you with a card of the minions when your coin falls right in the middle that reads "Win Card." My child's coin hit right where it was supposed to, but when the card didn't produce, we notified an employee. The employee who attended to us, also tried the game and his coin hit right where it needed to and once again, no card produced. The manager and the so called 'technician" came over and the manager (the one with the dark hair, we didn't get his name, but we there between 4:00pm-5:30pm), told my husband that the coin needs to hit right in the middle in order for the coin to produce. My husband told the 3 of them that my child's coin did hit, no card, the employee's coin also hit, no card, another child after us, his coin hit, no card. It is one thing for these games to be rigged it is another for it to be so obvious. Not only did my child not get his card, the manager, technician and employee made us feel like we were a bunch of idiots, like this card not producing was no big deal. Do you have ANY idea how hard it is to explain to a 9 year old that he won, but that he won't get his reward???? We were not looking for anything for anything free, but the manager didn't make ANY effort to make things better. He knew we were upset and he let us stay upset. We don't want anything free, what we want is for you to have professional, friendly sympathetic and caring employees, and managers. Horrible management, we ordered drinks for happy hour and the waiter took forever to place the order therefore charged the whole party of 15 full price. Management handled the situation horribly by telling us that were going to write up the waiter, even saying they may fire the guy. Then Victoria (guessing she was the other manager on duty) the manager comes and tells me that the waitress was crying and that she couldn't do anything about our bill. Eventhough we all ordered at the same time and they were able to fix everyone's bill except ours. The main manager guy came out and said that there was nothing he could do since the order was placed in the system after the happy hour had ended. I explained all the other bills were fixed by deleting the drinks from the bill to equal out the amount of happy hour. He said he wasn't aware of that, that the other two managers told him to override by telling him they never drank those drinks. He said now he was going to go back and charge everyone everything eventhough some of the party had already left. He said that as long as he had our credit card numbers he could do that. He was unprofessional and didn't get the whole issue at hand. We would stayed and probably spent more if he could of at least tried to handle the situation. For most of us it was our first time there and our last, I'm so disappointed in the way all three managers handled the situation. All three need to take classes on management. I feel bad for whoever works under them. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow, I made it very clear is not about the discount which was only going to be about $12, it's about the principle and the customer service the whole party endured. This review is for the service, specifically a server we had named Annette today..we sat at the bar area and were given menus, we were asked immediately if we had more people coming because "Annette" is very picky about who sits in her section. Having heard this it immediately changed our view on this establishment and made for an uncomfortable dining experience and to add on to it Annette never brought our change which was only a few dollars but still she never came with the change even after being reminded..a BIG tip for management, I've been a server before and understand that secret shoppers can come in at any time to review the location and honestly I think corporate wouldn't be happy with this location. You should probably have a team meeting with servers so they can understand proper customer service because no one wants to eat somewhere that the servers are "picky" about who sits in their area. read more

It was our first time going. We had avoided going all weekend to avoid the crowds. The hubby and I went on a Monday night, the service was slow. Like molasses, We got our drink orders taken and received within 5 minute or so but our food order took 45 minutes. When it finally arrived it was cold!! The waitress had and attitude. I received my wings at room temperature, the nachos were disgusting (please change the recipe) half way through eating them my stomach started to hurt. Ended up getting sick later that day..I was one of the lucky ones. I dined with several of my co workers and some got sicker than me. This place is terrible I have been to multiple Dave and busters around the country and this one was the worst. First off 3 hr wait for a dinner table and we got there at 7 pm then trying to get a drink at the bar are you kidding me 5 bartenders and it took almost 30 min for a drink if you aren't sitting at the bar your not getting served. So finally sitting at dinner it took 15 min to put in a drink orders didn't even ask if we appetizers another 15 min to get our drinks place our order now it's a party of 9 but one guys gets his food in 10 min everyone else almost 30 min later never once did the server ask how was the food or if we wanted another drink appetizers came out with the main meal. I had the ribs and wings the ribs were pretty good but the wings were greasy and boring. I can understand that kids are going to be there but really after 8 the kids should be booted just way to many underage kids running around. So all together this place was terrible for the prices I was paying I mean $7 for a bottle of beer come on now will not be returning any time soon. read more
