They keep removing items from their menu. The fajitas meals used to come with Chile Toriados, but not any more. They charge extra for them now. The three for me options used to allow you to upgrade the 6oz steak for an 8 oz with an extra charge. You can no longer do that. Rather than removing perks, you should be revamping your menu. Do not recommend delivery. I ordered a triple dipper with a burger, eggroll, and mozzarella. When I got my food there were no mozzarella, no avocado ranch for the egg rolls (which the menu states it comes with), and broke open my burger to raw meat. Also, Chili's generally offer very decent salads IMHO. My favorite is Quesadilla Explosion. With very good amount of grilled chicken and simple quesadillas, this salad makes a very filling meal. Today I was feeling like a burger, and I ordered Old Timer with cheese burger (classic) and fries. Besides the burger was a little crispy around the edges (therefore, a little crunchy) and a little more done (well-done) as I like, it tasted pretty good. Chili's burgers are generally good. I had a business lunch today and enjoyed my meal, service and the atmosphere. It's Chili's and their menu is pretty routine from other Chili's. My colleague also enjoyed their meal as well. We've dined at this location numerous times but recently the service and food have been declining. Today was something of a snowball rolling down hill. It started with the strawberry lemonade that was watered down. We asked for a replacement and the guy looked at us like we were crazy for a moment before walking away. When he returned he dropped off the glass on the table and took off like his pants were on fire. It was clear why when I took a drink and found the same watered down lemonade. The appetizer was decent. A little on the cool side but not so much that it was an issue. Our meals however were another matter. The quesadillas with my salad and my husbands pick 3 were more like tostadas. Mine was so dried out they were crumbling as I picked them up. The ribs on the pick 3 were fair but the crispers and the fries were cold and greasy. The chicken on my salad was dry and smothered in half melted cheese. Our daughters Cajun pasta was all over the place. The chicken was the best thing on the table and the sauce was as expected. The past however was so overcooked it was like eating gooey paste. Tonight was one of the worst experiences I have ever had dining out. When the server first greeted us, Ulisses(Name on receipt), did not greet us nor tell us his name, he Instead just asked us what we would like to drink. Not a big deal. It took about twenty minutes for the server to come back to take our order. It was a Monday evening and most the tables were empty. We noticed him standing in the entryway towards the kitchen staring at a cell phone during this wait. I ordered a chicken enchilada soup and Cajun pasta. The Cajun pasta came out first and was okay but there was barely any sauce on it. We were done with our meal and someone from the kitchen finally brought out my chicken enchilada soup(I thought maybe I just wasn't ever going to get it and that was okay), but it came out and still sounded good. I took a bite and it was ICE COLD. I tried to flag the server down but again he was at his spot with his head down to his phone. We sat there for twenty minutes waiting and finally he came and didn't even ask us once how our food was. Instead he just dropped off the receipt. I was tempted to ask for the manager but I didn't see one around. I plan to call and complain tomorrow. I almost took a picture of the "server" on his phone. He was extremely inattentive and honestly the worst server we have ever had. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass him.
