Third time coming here, pretty good food. I loved the mini burgers here but since I am on a diet I opted for the Grilled Salmon Caesar and Kale Salad. The salmon was tasty and cooked to perfection. The only thing was the it had little to no dressing which in some way I felt they were doing me a favor. I have been going to Dave and Buster's locations since 1996. This is a smaller location, but the staff are super friendly. All of the games seemed to have been working, and if any problems staff was easy to find. Like most locations this one is very loud. We did not eat , but I am sure their food is just. As amazing as the other ones. They have games for all ages, and skill levels. The reward room also has a large variety of items to get with your tickets. A fun place to go with or without kids. You must keep your kids near you at all times though. read more

I love the concept, but I hate this place. For me personally it's a sensory overload and I can only be in the game area about 15 minutes before I start to panic. The small spaces, crowded of people, blinking lights, loud sounds, I feel trapped and overwhelmed and need open space and air. You might be thinking: duh, it's an arcade style fun place? You are correct, reader. However keep in mind, some people are brought here for the sake of others. Keep this in mind for first date, group events, certain "fun" times that might be a bit sensitive for others. Im not too entirely surprised this place only got a total of 2.5 stars but damn, people had way too much expectations. Unless they have just gotten better in the last few months of business because my hubby and i have only been going the last month or so, and we love it. Went 3 times already cuz we love the food, atmosphere, games, and occasional ufc fights. Yes, it can be overpriced for the amount of tokens you need but if you play the right games, such as the coin pusher, you gain tickets back which can easily pay for nachos! 650 tickets worth only. My husband is also really good at that game so each play can get him at least 500 tickets. Last time we totalled over 8000 tickets in one night! That can cover at least 10 dinners for us! Probably not the best place to take your kids because honestly, i think its geared more for adults especially if theres a bar within feet of the games. So i think its perfectly fine for adults to get fancy enough to enjoy their night here. We certainly do. The service has been great at the bar in my experience. At the tables, its so so. Each time we went there, they've messed up on one of our orders. But a lil informing of the waiters got them to fix it right away, so i cant really complain anymore. The quality is a hit or miss and we think they changed chefs recently. But we eat everything still and enjoy ourselves. We just love some good bar food and fun atmosphere. Now we can just enjoy the benefits of free food with our tickets haha. read more

Visiting El Paso and having been to a few D&B's around the country I was fairly disappointed in this location. Although it's brand spanking new and has garnered major hype, I wasn't in awe as I've been in other cities. The entrance is just quirky and not in a good way. It's so weird to see so many black heavy curtains covering the walls. One can easily get the impression that they didn't have enough time during construction to finish up everything. Trying to grab a drink was underwhelming and a tad offensive. I won't deny the game room is awesome but everything else is a little flat when compared to other D&B's. read more

We don't frequent this place often, but when we have visited, it's been a good experience. We only go during the day. Most times we get there by 11:30 (they open at 11:00 am). It's less crowded and more pleasant. I don't enjoy crowds in small spaces like this one, so it works out. The food it's just ok. Nothing to brag about or go into much details. So I won't. This is a pricey place. Bring your $$$$! Fortunately, you can take advantage of their coupons. Those can be used at the store or through the app. They also have the option of a few appetizers and meals that you can purchase along with game cards. Overall, not a bad place. Went today to have good time with family. Food WAS great when they open. TODAY 11.24.2019. The food was ok some of it. I order the philly cheese steak and it was more like pico de gallo with slab of meat and i told him it didnt look like the one on tue picture The drinks where like 80% ice and 20 was the drink on everything. The pretzel dogs where acrually sausages that kids didnt like. The buffalo chiken burger was with NO BUFFALO sauce. The coronita mix was more like they drank half of it and left me the rest. We read a lot of negative reviews of this place before we went and decided to check it out and let me just say... Cut them a little slack! They literally just opened beginning of April, I'm pretty sure they hired some bad apples and had to sort through them. If you know anything about El Paso, this pretty much happens with everything new everywhere... So give it another try! Reasons why I say this: Managers stopped at our table a total of three times, each asking if everything is alright. When I brought it to our server's attention that we were unable to sign up for the rewards program because the website wouldn't let us, he notified management and they gave us a free dessert. Also, food arrived timely, hot, fresh and was delicious! Server made excellent recommendations! We were celebrating a birthday and decided to have a drink.. And they were perfect! So I called them and we left. Olive Garden was more than happy to accommodate us and Bob O's showed us a great time after dinner. I NEVER complain, but my experience tonight at Dave and Busters was so bad that I just had to write about it. It was busy, and I understand that things take a while. We waited for a table for about 40 min. No big deal, the kids were playing the games. When we got a table, we waited about 10 minutes for someone to get any drink orders. Soon after, we realized that the table was right under a vent, making it uncomfortably cold. I asked the hostess to see if we could turn down the air or move tables. They advised me they would talk to the manager. 30 min later, when I had to send the kids outside to get warm, I asked our server if we could please change tables. He advised me that the hostess said no. I said OK, then asked if they could please put our food in to-go containers so we could at least leave to eat somewhere warmer. Another 20 min later, when I just should have left, our server advised me that our food was in to-go containers, and they were bringing it out. Well, it did come out but NOT in to-go. by now I am almost in tears but ask them again to put the food in to-go containers. I paid the bill, tipped the server well despite the situation, and took the kids to the car. We opened the containers and realized we did not even get all our food. I went BACK inside, now literally in tears, to get the missing food and left. We waited almost an hour for the food we could not sit and eat, the kids ate with their fingers because they had no forks to eat with and dry burgers as there were no condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.). I left the situation in tears, not just in frustration but because of the discomfort of being so cold. It would have been very simple to move us to, by this point, one of the many other empty tables, but that was clearly more than I could ask for. read more

This was my first time going to eat and play. The food was such a disappointment, never again. My daughter ordered the chicken wraps, chicken was so hard you couldn't bite into it, returned it and didn't eat anything, my son ordered tacos and the tortilla was very chewy unable to eat, he opted for a take home box. I ordered the ribs with the mini burgers, the ribs were ok, gave my mini burgers to others so they could have something to eat. First impressions count, like I said before, never again. First time here! Took the family on spring break. They were running a weekday special and we happened to go on a Thursday. Which was $19.99/person AYCE wings and unlimited (blue) card games. Upon arrival our host told us for an extra $10 we get an extra 75 chips (I maybe incorrect, but it was 70 something) to play any games. We got our wings (they only have bbq and buffalo flavor options) was good. Comes on a bed of French fries which were super crunchy. Only 2 downsides of the day was 1.) someone has to be at the table the entire time the tab is open. So I recommend get what's needed and close the tab so you can leave as you please you'll still be able to get more wings and refills on fountain drinks. (Just won't be able to order anything else off the menu cause you've closed tab). 2.) wish they had lockers to put our personal belongings in so we don't always have to carry them around. Other than that our host was great and our first time experience was amazing and look forward to going back. read more

The minus one star comes from service. It was pretty bad. The waitress was nice, but when we needed her, she was nowhere to be found; It wasn't busy when we were there. When asking another person for help, they didn't help, but just went to find out waitress instead and that took forever each time. The food was honestly where they lost two stars of the minus three. The stale chips from the so-called nachos was just one reason to not like them. The wings were decent, but nothing special. A few games were out of service and when asking an attendant for help with them, they disappeared. After the second time asking, we gave up. Don't come here if you're expecting good service. Service is extremely slow and they usually get your order wrong, especially if you sit in the booths in the game area. Probably due to noise level as you really can't communicate without having to shout. Food is typical sports bar type. Drinks are what you should expect from a national chain, but not much more than that. The game area is actually pretty cool and a lot of fun, for both kids and adults. It is actually geared for an adult arcade, but with good kids options. A lot of big screens around the place so you won't miss any of your favorite teams playing. read more

We were sat at the bar, I ordered another drink from the new man working. He was sitting behind the bar on his phone, he had his back turned towards us before so he thought I didn't see this.. he pulled his retainer out of his mouth, bare handed. He looked left and right a few times thinking he was in the clear and he definitely wasn't. I thought okay maybe he'll wash his hands. Nope!
