Me and four friends went to the Haberdasher on a Monday at 4. I'm glad that we got there when we did because the space got busy quickly. After eating, I understood why. I was a little confused at first since there's no servers. You go up to the bar to order drinks and to the kitchen window to order food. It was a different experience but I enjoyed it because it means you don't have to wait for a server. I ordered the Fried Oyster Mushrooms and the Shrimp Gochujang. My friends shared the KFC, the Mushroom pasta, and Parmesan Truffle Fries with me. Everything was so delicious. I'm now obsessed with the Fried Oyster Mushrooms and have to force myself not to order every day. The same with the Truffle Fries. I loved the ambiance. It's a chill and inviting space. This is an interesting cocktail bar and it has a great atmosphere inside. They have very nice cocktails and a decent beer selection, but they definitely seemed understaffed when we visited back in May as tables were not cleaned and they had a difficulty time keeping up with the crowd (and it was why we didn't end up getting any food). Our team at work went to The Haberdasher for drinks and some food. I had never been to The Haberdasher but I've heard it was good. Since I'm not much drinker I was there solely for the food. Our team a bunch of appetizers and I tried to try them all. There also was first thing that I tried was the French fries. I enjoyed them. They came with a mayo sauce. Not a big mayo on fries fan but it worked. I then tried the Brussels sprouts. Not sure what they were seasoned with but they tasted pretty good. Next was the chicken tenders. I dipped them in what seemed like a chili sauce. It had a lot of spice but it tasted good. The mahi mahi slider was next. It was my favorite appetizer. It was cooked to perfection and the sauce on the slider was very tasty. After that was the fish part of the fish and chips. I think the fish was cod. I was impressed by it. It wasn't better than the mahi mahi but it was good. The last thing I tried were the avocado fries. I really like them. To be honest if I wasn't full from the other food I would've eaten more of the avocado fries. read more

Popped in for a quick bite after a long day. The set up is a bit odd. You go to the kitchen window and place your order and pay for your food. Then you go to the bar and place your drink order and pay. We then sat. I had a blueberry martini that was yummy. However, my hot chicken sandwich was another story. The sandwich was too spicy to enjoy (I like spicy food but this was uncomfortably spicy). There was WAY too much sauce happening. The bread was soggy and falling apart because of all the sauce. What's funny to me is the flavor of avocado when fried: it tastes like Fruit Loops cereal. Don't believe me? Give it a shot! It's very subtle but still oh-so deliciously good! The bartender mixed it perfectly and was very friendly. This place was crowded but manageable. They don't have any servers so you have to order your food, pay and wait for them to text you. Same thing with the drinks. The environment was a little loud, but understandable since it was about 5 PM. So I'm sure it was the meeting place for everybody after work.
