Edward Dobbins was scheduled to assess freezer and dishwasher. I followed up with Family First to confirm whether the appointment was made. She was hostile and yelling stating "GE has no right to schedule for Family First." If true how would a consumer client know? After providing account details, she LIED claiming the appliances are not under warranty. GE (who assigned this pitiful organization as a sub contractor to perform the needed work) confirmed the warranties ARE VALID. Same female continued to share "GE refuses to do anything to correct the issues and it is out of Family First's hands so they closed both service tickets, without following up to inform me.
