He understood the problem situation and responded with agility to adjust scheduling and fit us in. The appointment required troubleshooting and precision with installation, and they greatly exceeded our expectations. In fact, they always have. Morton's could have easily charged for an expensive repair; however, their integrity led them to guide us to replace an obsolete appliance. We are two grandparents living by ourselves with little laundry that we do quite often, so the loads are small. Whirlpool used to be a quality brand, and with a $600 washer with all of the sensors included to complete a proper wash, you would think the sensors would let you know if it truly was overloaded.
