This past summer, we noticed a very bad smell in the house when the AC was running. We hadn't had our annual cleaning yet. We called them to see if we could book that, but once we describe the smell, they came out right away as they suspected the smell was mold. And, they were correct. We ended up having to replace our entire system; it was 15 years old. It was a very hot week and it was going to take several days before they could get the new system in and install it. They offered to loan us a wall unit while we waited for installation, but our windows couldn't support the weight. So what did they do? They went out and bought a portable floor unit just to lend to us! I was beyond touched that they were willing to do this for us. That was way above and beyond.
