They were professional and tidy giving us an incredible sense of security. I remember when we bought this house in 2013, Mr. Ratley was one of the people who came by offering a new roof. We remembered him, not because of the offer but because he was the only one that honestly told us we had a few more years out of our current roof so there was no need to rush if we had other expenses. We did wait and four years later we were astounded and mentioned that the price he quoted was less than the original price. He told us that he always passes his savings on to his customers.
