This was an unusual situation. The company advertised the sale, and I sent him a text message with the receipt and a screenshot of their website. He stated that he would refund the money, but he subsequently posted a refund for $0.01. As other reviews have indicated, the product is of high quality, but the customer service is poor. Kelvin is challenging to communicate with and lacks reasonableness. Despite Kelvin's difficult behavior, the mulch was of excellent quality and the most cost-effective option I could find. Therefore, I recommend purchasing the product. While it is of good quality, it is advisable to avoid using Kelvin's services.

I found Goldtree through a google search, and saw they were a local company, so I gave them a call. They got back to me promptly (within about 10 minutes). As luck would have it, they were actually going to be in my area doing some other yards later in the day, and said they would come by to give an estimate, and if accepted, do the work. They showed up as scheduled, and Brian took a look around, and gave me an estimate to include mowing and trimming. Their full service actually includes more, but I wasn't that concerned with blowing debris, edging, etc. I just wanted my weeds to be back under control. The price was reasonable, and one of the things I liked is that Goldtree is willing to do a One-time service. Other lawn companies want you to sign a 5 (or more) visit contract. Anyway, Brian and his team got the job done, and about 30 minutes after they started, my lawn no longer looked like a jungle.
