The community is super welcoming and everybody helps everybody -- that includes the black sashes, who go out of their way to draw you in and help you succeed. Sifu Gary is a natural teacher, and meets everybody where they are at, while challenging them to become better. Basically the school is a huge part of my life now, and at 30 years old, I'm in the best shape of my life so far, and I feel more comfortable in my skin than I ever have. It's a wonderful place.

However, I was in a car accident a month and a half after I paid for a full year up front. My doctor and physical therapist both told me that I will not be able to return due to my injuries. I emailed the owner and explained the situation, hoping she would prorate the difference on my account. I never heard back and when I approached the staff about it they went from being super nice to beyond rude. One of them even said "You're walking..seems like you're ok to me". Don't ever go here..
