When we got there the place was large, clean, and welcoming. They have little toys and treats in the waiting room for the pups and Moe loved it. They were patient with my dog, took time to listen to me and understand the issues I was having. I didn't feel like they were trying to gouge me or get me to do more than was necessary, which is how our last vet made us feel. I am glad we are not established here and will definitely establish our other pup there when he is ready to be seen.

We have had other vets in the area, they did fine. Dr Poe has just been so good to us. Our dog has had 3 surgeries, 2 which were major (torn ACL) with her. She has done an amazing job. Our dog is doing really good. We checked around, her fees were normal if not less. We had a major medical crisis in our human family, that involved a year off and on away from home, they assisted those who were caring our animals. Of course, our golden retriever got sick. They took awesome care of him. Yes, I wish they were able to address emergencies. You have to go far away if they aren't open. Life here. Other than that, her staff has been so good and helpful. Her techs have helped me greatly.

In the beginning we went over a questionnaire which I'm very hard of hearing as well as having bad eyesight so I wasn't really 100% sure what I was signing. I trusted that it was just a Q&A but with every yes answer racked my vet bill up to $2800 dollars which I didn't have. I spoke with the manager of the clinic who was extremely rude & wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. She kept talking over me. In full-blown tears I tried to explain to her that I could make payments but there's noway I could come up with that much money all at once. I asked if I could make payments and I was told no they don't do payment plans. I was broken at this point. I said well I'll pay what I can today and pay the rest within a couple of weeks. I was then told the chances of my bill being sent to collections was very high. I explained how I've been a long time client of theirs and how I've paid many high vet bills and have never not paid my bill. She then said in a condescending kinda way (Well actually yes U have back in 2025) I said excuse me but that wasn't me. That was someone who used my name as a reference. She was extremely rude. And that's an understatement. It made me want to look for another vet clinic. Which I'm in the process of doing. I'll miss the ladies at the front desk and a few of the vets & vet techs but I'm not going to continue to do business for a company who hires rude ppl who have absolutely no compassion for their clients.
