I spoke to a gentlemen on the phone and he was kind and receptive however once I arrived to get seen, a man named Joel was at the garage doors, he made eye contact with me and I clearly was a waiting customer, him being on the phone I decided not to interrupt, however he didn't even say "I'll be right with you" no instead he went inside and closed the garage door in my face without acknowledging my presence. I went inside thinking maybe he was busy, and again no one at the desk, no bell visible, and no one came to speak to Me. I can't not speak to their actual skillset/pricing because the customer service was so terribly disgusting and disrespectful I don't even want to go there. I will make sure everyone I know does not go there. What a shame. From one tradesmen to another I would NEVER treat a potential customer this way.

When someone is honest for the little things, you can feel better you are not getting ripped off when the bigger ticket items come along.

Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses. I didn't feel like laying on the cold ground and at my age it was time to let a garage do the work. I took it to Walts for a oil and filter change $75 for 5qts of fully synthetic oil and filter. When I got home I found over a qt. shy of oil and they never changed the filter. The oil on the dip stick looked like used oil. If you treasure your vehicles and you want them to last I suggest shop around. If you have someone you know family or friend that has some mechanical background. Have them look at the work that was done.

Great service! We were stranded an hour away with a leaking radiator. Mike did everything possible…read moreto fix it but there were just so many pinhole leaks from driving through big falls asphalt construction. Grrr. We had a new radiator sent to his shop and he drove it out to install but it turned out the wrong one was sent! Seriously?! Had the correct one sent and he did the same..... after it was delivered to his shop he drove it all the way out to us to install. We are finally on our way! Disgusting work had to pay someone to redo almost everything he did . Cut out a $2500 exhaust and…read morethrew it away . Zip ties on the fuel line , had to fix all the ac work another 2k worth of work he did , brand new brake lines kinked , power steering hose too short and kinked , tranny pan brand new leaking tried using gasket sealer , took parts off damaged paint all over and damaged rocker panel covers , had to also pay someone else to tune the car . Threw away the brake vacuum he put in for another $1000 which was not needed as the engine has plenty of vacuum. I could go on and on never mind the work he did authorization. Horrible experience was awarded payment in court which he has since refused to pay. Stay away from this scam artist !
