Car I bought has had constant issues. They advised free labor and I pay for parts for life of the…read morecar but then after I put just 10 miles on the car, not only did they not fix the problem, but they charged me for labor along with the parts. Said car needed new brakes and made me pay for it even though I had just bought the car. After the problem continued, brought to a local mechanic who advised that the brakes were not the issue and I had to pay that mechanic to fix the correct problem. Now today having a new issue and mechanic says they did not even put good calipers in the car which they charged me for along with the labor. I saw several complaints with BBB and will be filing complaints there and in Court and with Attorney General's office.

I had originally given Apollo Auto 4 stars when we bought a vehicle in February 2026, however, we have had major issues with them since then- they promised to take care of something prior to buying the car and now 4 mos later either they don't respond to calls or emails, or out in out lie about looking for the part, and say they'll get back to us and don't. It's just a blatant disregard for us. It's crazy cause we have the text history with them telling us they will deliver on their promise. We will be making a formal complaint against this business.
