Then spoke with the stylist about what had happened and she told me that 15-20 minutes was the time to keep the toner on, and we left it on there for longer, and I have pictures before, and after. She claimed that we left the toner in for the right amount of time, even with explaining to her, the timestamps of the photos taken, she still said it was right. I then said tomato/tamato, let's agree to disagree, and she then got irate demanding that I agree that she did everything right. I told her that's just her perspective, it is my opinion therefore we can agree to disagree. And I ended up having to hang up on her because she still was trying to go with the narrative of her being right. Either way she played in my head. Never going back there. Her name was jasmine 10/10 do not recommend. Oh! Not to mention, she went to cut off my kitchen (baby hairs in the back) and I didn't even know what she was doing until my hair was caught & pulled into the little clippers and she did the same to both sides & it's growing back & it's itchy.
