I thought they had great flavor, not being too smoky. I used a light amount of sauce. The okra was great. Potato salad so so but I'm not a huge fan of mustard based potato salad. The homemade bread was very fresh and a nice little touch. Coconut cream pie...oh my goodness! Yum! My husband had a pork steak and some wings, which were both tender and delicious.
