Went in to get a vape for myself, and a pack of Vuse pods for my wife. All went okay, got home, realized they weren't the correct percentage. Simple misunderstanding, easy fix. Called to verify I could exchange them, which they confirmed they could, and went back to do just that. Got there and they said they did not carry the percentage I was looking for. First of all, why not say that in the first place, but either way, i'll just get a refund then. They "apologized" and said they could not offer a refund for the product, over 30$, and basically told us we were s.o.l. Now i understand that people make mistakes, and there is nothing to even forgive about it, no harm done. But when you make the mistake, then proceed to not fix it, and essentially scam me out of money, i take it very personally. Also would not let me speak to the manager to verify that they could not refund it.
