Snack sticks were excellent and similar to a local butcher shop near my house, however the jerky was awful. Hard and tooth breaking, it also emitted some fat/lard after opening the bag. It may have just been a bad batch but not sure I would go back just based on that experience. I have yet to try the brats so will update if I think they bring the grade up. Friendly staff though!
